I hope that immediately following Cindy revelation on the stand regarding chloroform google searches ... investigators have been attempting to obtain evidence from Gentiva to backup the accuracy of time sheets.  Why was this not done in 2009 following Cindy's deposition testimony.  Prosecutors knew what was coming.

Casey Anthony Trial Update: Casey's mom grilled after chloroform search claim

According to a transcript of the deposition Cindy Anthony gave for the state in 2009, she said she may have looked up the ingredients in chloroform, but not how to make it. She said she learned it could make an animal sick.

A I'm not sure.

A Because I remember looking up chlorophyl back in March of last year, and I am not sure if I looked up chloroform as well. I looked up alcohol and several other things like at that -- like ethyl alcohol and peroxide, too.

A -- and possibly chloroform because of my animals because my Cocker -- or my Yorkies would eat a lot of bamboo leaves and I know there's chlorophyl in those leaves and they were getting sick, quite sick. And I had previously lost two Cocker Spaniels, and I wanted to see if there was any tie. I had never thought about that with the cancer and stuff that I lost the Cocker, so I started researching

different things. As far as the alcohol and peroxide, I researched just -- I was looking through different things that was in our cabinets to make sure that there
was nothing that we had in our cabinets that Caylee would get into because we didn't keep, like, you know, cleaning supplies in the bathrooms. The only thing I kept in the bottom bathrooms that we had locked was alcohol and peroxide. And I knew alcohol could be costly, but I wasn't sure about the peroxide because I know you can gargle with it, and I know you can drink some peroxide, but I wanted to see how much could hurt, in case she ever got into anything.

If not required my code, I would think it would be required under home owner's insurance.

IBE I don't know the answer to your question....I don't live in FL....when we lived in Houston we were required to have a gate that locked but not a fence around the pool itself.

Isn't it the responsibility for the homeowner to put a fence around both an in-ground pool and an above ground pool. Is the not required in Orange County, FL or the City of Orlando?

It's in code in many places around the country. IMO, with so many pools in FL  it would be required.

Why wasn't the an above ground fence or on ground with gate and lock on the Anthony's pool?

Above ground pool 4 feet high needs no fence, in ground pool need a fence with a lock here in CT

So someone stepped on Pugly's foot, he starts swearing at them, the lady says "it was an accident" then you can hear Mumbles shouting at the woman BE QUIET, HEY CHILL OUT, at which point a very elderly lady looks like a deer in the headlight and you can hear her yelling back I'm Sorry.  Wonder if that was senior abuse?  Did Mumbles not say that one day when he did not like the cameras that it was a felony when he did not like the way things were going and pulled the senior citizens card on the reporter?
