On the stand Cindy agrees with Baez that she found the ladder attached to the pool on the 16th.  Baez also has implied to the jury (wanting them to believe) that Cindy told LE (from the beginning) that she made this discovery on the 16th.

This is from Globe magazine's Aug 25, 2008 issue, I know it's not proof but I do believe Cindy has changed the date to fit her purpose now.

 



I think Casey put the ladder back up, and opened and left the gate open...the same day that she borrowed the shovel and moved Caylee's body.

JMO..if there was any question about that photo the State would have brought it up immediately.  The picture was stretched...WHY...who knows...but I believe it is a picture of Caylee.  I think the really important event happened this morning!!

Maybe they had not caught the photo problem. They didn't catch the "body farm" lie immediately. They have hundreds of pictures and that may have slipped past their inspection.

Hey Klaas! I almost felt bad for Lee when I heard him break down on the stand...then I decided to check his profile. I see he's upgraded to Kinect for his 360. Looks like he plays ALOT. Hmmm, maybe it takes his mind off of Caylee. Is that how he is able to get through this? By playing games? Some of which is blood & guts KNOWING Caylee had no organs meat or skin left TO HOLD IN her blood & guts? Pardon me but wth!

maybe she tried to put caylee in the pool but she didn't put caylee there because caylee was to heavy for her...caylee was a very smart girl,  she probably tried to climb the ladder but I believe that she will ask for her bathing suit or ask her mom to go to the pool...caylee will let George or Casey know that she wanted to swim

They didn't catch the photo problem because they were the shown the original copy not the stretched copy

Q: Well when we can. Um, the 16th and 7th, or 15th,16th, I think we have that pretty well (inaudible). We needed this week of the gas cans. Um someone mentioned a ladder incident in the backyard with the pool, is there something, uh some...?

A: Right after we had called in about our granddaughter being missing , it might have been the 2nd or 3rd day, my wife and I were just walking around the house thinking, every little thing that might could have happened. That’s...

Q: That’s the 15th..

A: Right as gruesome as it could have been we’re thinking, you hate to think this about your own child.

A: And she said, “You know George, I hope she didn’t, something happened, she didn’t panic, Caylee got a got outside real quick. “ And we are very religious, not in the, in the form I wanna say at the moment, but we’re very, very detailed on the ladder, we have an above ground pool. Whenever we’re done with that pool, we don’t get in there every single day but we take that ladder off. I set it to the side and we just make sure that that’s always taken care of. My gate is always locked. Though I have the one entrance, we have in and out of our gate. I’m, I’m, I’m good about that. But one specific day and I can’t remember which day it was, my wife called and was bitching me out, “George, did you leave the gate open inside”. “No.” “Well did you go swimming today?” “No.” “Well the ladder’s on, the gates open.”I’m like, “Well I didn’t do it”. I don’t know the exact date it was.

A: All I know, I was working, it could have been 6, 7:00 at night. I wish I could be specific. I...

Q: So when you guys discussed that on the 15th it was just a recollection of something in the past?

A: Yeah it, it could have been any time within that and that’s the reason we passed it on to uh, Detective Yurich, and uh, Melich, you know to let him know that we just had a bad feeling. Maybe something happened, we don’t know. You hate to think that but it was just, because when you don’t talk to one special little person in your life, when you don’t hear her little voice for weeks, and upon a time, 2 or 3 weeks upon a time you just, you start thinking different things. Does Mr. Baez really believe he is winning points with the jury by ridiculing the accomplishments and careers of expert witnesses?  In the past week, Mr. Baez has insulted an expert witness by stating his scientific methods were open to contamination and lacked quality control.  He then went on to ridicule a personal friend of the witness.  Mr. Baez later asked an expert witness the number of “meaningless” jobs she performed for the FBI.

Beyond bad manners, the strategic wisdom of recalling state expert witnesses to give the additional time to explain their scientific analysis of the evidence is questionable.  Mr. Baez is so audacious he believes he can manipulate an expert in their own field of testimony even though some of the experts have been giving testimony longer than Mr. Baez has practiced law, attended law school, and stayed current on child support combined.
