Monkey Devil! Monkey Devil!

I just watched the Spanish Interview with subtitles that Bozo gave.......I didn't know you could RETIRE from high school What a doofus

http://noticias.terra.com/noticias/jose_baez_el_hombre_tras_casey_anthony/act2896952
I agree IM,I  wish I understood Spanish to make my own translation of that interview. There seemed to be a whole lot of talking for the little that was captioned. I am sure that bozo probably insisted on seeing the final editing to make sure he looked his best.

It could be the state has a problem-Mason asked for the meeting-that is when everything started.  The judge was going to start the trial -then Mason gets up asks for sidebar  (Mason was on the computer)-that's when everything happend.  I hope I am wrong-but Bozo and Mason did not look that upset to me.  Sorry Monkeys  Good Morning

Will Casey Anthony's defense still rest case this week?
Last Updated: Sunday, June 26, 2011 6:52 AM

Speculation is swirling Sunday in the Case Against Casey.

But right now, no one knows for sure what caused a sudden recess Saturday before the jury was even brought in for the day.

Casey's lawyers would only say "see you Monday" as they walked out of the Orange County courthouse Saturday.

http://www.wftv.com/video/28356011/index.html

at 15:30 is KC mouthing "???? in trouble" or am I just imagining it?

It's very hard to tell.  But I will say that I've never seen her look so scared and angry.  She's freaked out about something.

I am still a few pages behind, but i did see that and it does look to me that she says "in trouble".  Maybe even "Baez in trouble".  I have watched it a dozen times and still don't know for sure.  She does definitely looked scared imo.

At the 23:38 mark see what you think of this. It appears to me that Simms is trying to talk Ashton into something. I almost feel like she is trying to get him to drop the motion he threatened against bozo. Look how he puts his hands up like NO and then watch his facial expressions. They are like the ones when he is fed up in court.

Here is just that portion of the video.  Yeah, Ashton is throwing his hands up in the air just like he does when he is exasperated.

Cheney volunteered to remove himself from the case. He no longer supports Baez because he stopped communicating all of his intentions with Mason. Now they can't resume until Monday.

Someone else mentioned (I don't know for a fact it's true) that Mason was being treated for prostate cancer.  If this is true then the reason could be that Mason needs to step down for medical reasons.  If he steps down then the defense needs another qualified death penalty attorney because Baez is not qualified.

I was telling my sister the SAME thing! if Caylee drowned accidentally then who made threats / why were threats made?
Also who bags their loved one in  three trash bags  then toss her in the woods

They are all covering for casey to save her life.

Hi,

So where did we get this Caylee picture? Was it screen captured from someone here? This picture here and the pic on TV look different I really think someone just stretched it.Also I went to save it to do a photoshop to see what it would look like if i stretched it  and the photo itself is named Caylee streched...

I am going to quote myself here

but if you look at the picture here http://www.wesh.com/casey-anthony-extended-coverage/28344851/slideshow.html

and the picture posted here the same picture the pictured posted here was stretched... You can tell clearly when you do a sise by side her little legs and even arms are skinnier..

I did a side by side

You can't do a side by side with the picture that was altered to make Caylee taller.

I know that It was just to show the real Caylee is not the little girl on the right .
Caylee has shorter arms and chubbier

Judge Perry has gone to extremes to prevent a reversal on appeal or a mistrial.  He has practically guaranteed Baez he will not charge him with anything until after the trial.  Baez thinks he will be rich and famous by then as this is by far the biggest thing to ever happen to him.

Judge Perry insisted Juror #4 be admitted and let the Anthonys sit in court although they were to be witnesses, and on and on.

So now I think Baez thinks he can get away with anything and so is trying.

I was so hoping someone would have this all pinned down this morning but we just may have to wait until this is over to ever really know.

And Geraldo better leave the judge alone, lol.

I think Judge Perry is just adorable but wish he would be a little more firm with this devious defense team.

If Mason is stepping down, then Finnel will have to replace him.

That pic is just distorted.  You can't deny she is reaching UP for the bottom of the handle of the sliding door no matter how funky the pic looks.  Like I said I measured my handle on my door and the bottom of it to the floor is only 34 inches.

I know I was like WTH SNEAKY BA$++++  when Geraldo ran his mouth on BOR. Either he did it on purpose to help in a mistrial or maybe to have JBP removed. Either choice would give more time for the Defense to figure out their plan. Geraldo is a HUGE supporter of the ACLU. He's an anti death penalty advocate when it comes to evidence that isn't 100%. If there's even a smidgeon of circumstantial evidence thrown in, he's one person that doesn't believe the dp should be on the table. One thing I find interesting is Ashton's choice of words. Since we know Ashton hasn't commented on the case, but now we know Baez did comment to GR, does that mean that maybe Baez will be removed from the case...or is that impossible?

The part in question is bolded...

http://news.bostonherald.com/news/national/south/view.bg?articleid=1348028&srvc=news&position=recent

Quote:
Asked whether a plea deal could be put on the table at this point in the trial, Ashton said: "I couldn’t talk about that one way or the other. If I give you an answer, I won’t be practicing law Monday."

One theory about the abrupt recess involved some reporting by Geraldo Rivera of Fox News.

In an online posting Friday, Rivera described having lunch with defense lawyer Jose Baez, who "expressed deep frustration over what he believes to be rulings from the bench that limit his ability to make the abuse argument, however implausible."

Baez alleged in his opening statement that Casey Anthony suffered sexual abuse by her father and brother. Those factors and the family’s dysfunction led her to lie after her daughter’s "accidental drowning" in June 2008, he told jurors.

Rivera also shared details about the Baez lunch with Juan Williams on "The O’Reilly Factor" television show.

He observed: "He (Baez) wanted that jury to know that those parents feared Lee Anthony was the father of that child. That’s why they didn’t want him involved in the baby’s birth. That’s where he was going. The judge stopped it."
