The defense team is taking a nose dive.

They have repeatedly asked for a mistrial.

Numerous defense witnesses seem to have fallen off the cabbage truck.

Some witnesses have been unreliable (Cindy, Lee, Rodriquez to name a few).

Mason, has sat in the backround, for the most part, and let Baez appear to run the show.

Whatever has transpired in court was serious enough for JP to cancel court despite his time table of getting this to the jury for deliberation.

Casey appeared pissed.  Baez, seemed off guard.  JA appeared to anticipate this.  Mason was sure of himself at sidebar.  JP gave him the pucker face and said "OK".

I'm going to have to agree with Cheeky Monkey. 

I think they are trying to have Judge Perry removed.

The defense has tried everything else to save their sinking ship!

The defense can try whatever they want, it doesn't mean they will get JP removed, just like they didn't get their mistrial(s).

I wasn't going to watch this trial on television online anymore until the state's rebuttle but I have to watch tomorrow in the morning to see what is going on.

I hope it's something that doesn't make for a cage of ticked off monkeys 

my husband asked me if he needed to take the day off tomorrow cause he fears I'll go "ape sh1t"  LOL

Nah, Judge Perry is not going to be removed. He is considered one of them brilliant legal minds in the state and to remove him would create even more chaos into an already crazy trial.

I voted on a witness lying but my gut tells me it was an attempt at a plea deal. I think Mumbles is pissed because she won't consider it since bozo keeps telling her she will get set free. Mumbles KNOWS she is going to be found guilty from just listening to the evidence and knowing bozo has no defense. He also knows if bozo does cause a mistrial they are all off the case since the public defender will take over. If they did try to get a deal, it can't be "on the record" because the jury would get the transcription and would be tainted, so to me them going into chambers without the court reporter speaks volumes. When the court reporter was called back later, it most likely is because the prosecution is calling again for sanctions against bozo for trying to slide in testimony that has not been provided to the prosecution. I think two different things were going on in that court.

That could explain the behavior of all parties.

Then again, just yet another guess.

Woah!  That was SCARY!  She is PIZZED!

Hmm, that changes my mind a bit.  Me thinking now it has something to do with Bozo and that is why Cheney asked for it.  It was after Cindy's testimony, you see it.  See what?  She was talking about a baby shower.  What could provoke that response, and the jury was in the room then.  What would have been on the screen at that moment would have been Cindy's testimony and Bozo's questions.

Me too!  I haven't slept since the defense put on CA.  They all make me sick!  I will be on here until the DT is done (with the exception of tomorrow morning) as watching on television makes me so angry I yell at the t.v.   Well need to go to bed night all.

Try the WFTV site on your computer; it's better then HLN, no commercials and has a split screen. If you want to do other work you can use it as a radio. Mr. Schaeffer (sp?) has great commentaries.   PS the links are the beginning of each new day. Some like the utube one some find those with 4 screens.... reminds me of 4 screams.

I was thinking they were looking at a pic on the screen. I posted a pic somewhere when they were all looking at it. Baez had his hand on his chin lookin worried. Mason was looking at Baez like he's an idiot. Casey was mad.
