What happened?  Does this have to do with Baez filing a motion to dismiss yesterday?
(Due to ashtons angry behavior) ? That's why he filed it.

Or is it a plea deal in works???

I work in graphic design.  The pic does look to be stretched vertically approximately 5-10%.  It's a trick I commonly use to make people look thinner.

The picture on the right was taken at her 2nd birthday when she was a little chubbier and more awkward. The sneakers look almost the same though.

Hey it's what "I" do to make me look thinner - problem is I'm 5'0" and I don't think people would believe at 41 I had such a huge growth spurt - to 6'

I would assume that the prosecution has gone over this photo with a fine tooth comb.  I personally do not think it has been altered or they would have caught it.  I am leaning more toward the idea of it is not Caylee in the photo.  I would ask if they had any other photos of Caylee in that dress.  JMO
