I don't think it is a plea deal....she will NEVER take full responsibility for Caylees demise and I cannot see the state agreeing to anything less at this point...but that's just my opinion...

Looks as though that one juror will not be attending her 4th of July vacation as Judge Perry promised.  Judge has to be totally furious at Baez.

Why submit an altered photo into evidence?  Where is the original?  I trust nothing the defense team, or the Anthonys, does.  Everything is based on lies, alterations and just pure BS!!

IMO it makes her look older and therefore more capable of getting into the pool alone and opening the doors to go outside.

But then like everyone else, I am suspect of literally everything the Defense says and does.

Yes, they altered it to make her appear tall enough to open the sliding glass door herself.    Now, Ive prayed for 3 years & all I can say to this is that it is beyond despicable to blame the young innocent victim for an accidental death that she caused on her own....Im just disgusted over this ever since Bozo's opening statement.  All of them can go to H E double hockey sticks for that alone much less the rest of their disgusting existences.   Im not in the best of moods today...Im a mirror of Ashton's fed up, pretty much.

The little bit of GA and CA I saw today made me very suspicious that something hinky was going on.  Cindy was very animated and GA did not appear to be as stressed out as he has been lately.  I think the defense has a big "ace in the hole" that maybe they were going to play today, and JP put an end to that.  No Saturday "leave 'em hangin' testimony to think about all weekend".  Nope, now they'll just be mad for another day away from home, family, and all things they love.

4. If Dr Furton were called to testify, the substance of facts that he would testify to would relate to the cadaver dog “alerts.” And those opinions rendered by the Oakridge laboratories.
5. The substance of Dr Furton’s testimony would if the were called to testify to are that the cadaver dog is a tool, not a witness. He will be able to testify about the procedures and limitations of cadaver dogs, as well as the odors of decomposition and the limitations in sound scientific principles currently used in decompositional odors.

Ooh, you could be close. Maybe the judge is filing contempt charges. Which would explain reports that Mason raised his voice and sounded riled. A contempt charge on any member of the defense team is noted on all their records iirc. And Mason was so proud that he never had a contempt charge on his record.
