The little bit of GA and CA I saw today made me very suspicious that something hinky was going on.  Cindy was very animated and GA did not appear to be as stressed out as he has been lately.  I think the defense has a big "ace in the hole" that maybe they were going to play today, and JP put an end to that.  No Saturday "leave 'em hangin' testimony to think about all weekend".  Nope, now they'll just be mad for another day away from home, family, and all things they love.

I thought the *same* thing when I saw CA all chatty and smiley and GA practically gasping for breath. I think he's going to say he molested KC. Cindy is relieved, he's just angry, but whooped.

OK, I have a feeling this MAY be more about Casey's allegations & her medical records, little else would be sealed.

I can't see why a judge would let all the witnesses go?

  I just had a nasty thought. After hearing about Mason's raised angry voice, maybe he said he was going to file a motion that the judge recuse himself because he is biased in favor of the prosecution.

Even their own members are left out of the loop?  They should have known what was going down in there....of course they had no idea what the State was going to say.  I hope the State put everything in place that left CJBP no options but to slam Baez and Mason too, for their actions. 

I'm so sick of the crap.  I'm very angry today....it's been building ever since Cindy took the stand a few days ago.   Caylee, your death is not meaningless and I pray that justice here on Earth will be the outcome of this trial.

A) Yes, there was
B)  We are a far cry away from midstream

a plea deal in the works would make sense in that this delay must be important to waste so much of the jurors time and the secrecy surround the delay.  The thing that doesn't make sense is the urgency in stopping the trial so the atty's can discuss a plea deal unless there was a very realistic chance that it would occur.  The fact that the defense had witnesses line up this morning to testify today doesn't make it seem like they were seriously considering a plea deal today.

me too - I was like a bull in a china shop that day.  Someone said (sorry can't remember who) the extended family should come down & sit behind the state to represent Caylee.  I just thing that's SOOO sad that the people supporting her are strangers that never met her!

Where did I hear maybe Baez filed a motion to dismiss because of Ashton's behavior? To that I say, what about Baez's behavior? I don't know. I pray to got there's no dismiss or mistrial. Help me Lord!
