Hey, I am gonna throw this possibility out there. What about a juror issue? Sequestration? That could stop the trial, right? And that would explain the court reporter going with JP right?

State is impeaching Cindy's testimony and said either Casey cop to LWOP or we are bringing charges against your Mom and/or all the family!!!  All hypothetical!!!  MOO!

I just had a nasty thought. After hearing about Mason's raised angry voice, maybe he said he was going to file a motion that the judge recuse himself because he is biased in favor of the prosecution.

That would not shock me but its doubtful CJBP will not back down, he has given the defense more than enough chances to get their act together & just because they want to claim something doesnt mean it admissible despite what they say.

I stick to my story.They cant have court without the lead attorney. Bozo is probably in jail

i just don't think the judge would waste the jurors time by sending him to jail now.  later maybe, but not in the middle of a trial.  The more free time this jury has the more danger of some type of jury misconduct.  They don't want the jury sitting around all day saturday with nothing planned unless there was no way to avoid it.  I wouldn't doubt some serious consequences for Baez after the trial but not now not for what we have seen so far.

No way Casey will plea. We're never going to know what really happened and she'd never give Sindy the satisfaction

She thinks there might be a plea to save the State from embarrassment, are you flipping kidding me!!!!   She is an embarrassment to even think that the state has any reason to do anything other than hold their heads high.  Their case has been impeccable & concise, they've got Casey despite whatever tainted Koolaid drinker wants to believe, what the jury may do is another story but I dont think they are fooled by the defense's misrepresentations, lies & total disregard for the law

What if after the judge read the report, he saw that yet again, Bozo tried to get in testimony that was not properly disclosed, per court's orders at the beginning of trial?  Thus, some serious legal action against Baez? Could that be what upset Casey so much?  ....  the only thing is, wasn't she upset before this was brought up? I am not sure about anything at this point.

Somebody just needs to punch JVM in the face.  What she just said is so ludicrous I don't think I can even summarize it!  Something about how so much of the State's evidence being destroyed that maybe they've seen that they have to save face and offer a plea deal.

But... but... what if Mason pulls the same kind of stunt (my memory fails me as to what it was about right now) that led to the Appeals Court having to make some decisions. We thought at the time that it would delay jury selection, but it didn't.
