Hey, I am gonna throw this possibility out there. What about a juror issue? Sequestration? That could stop the trial, right? And that would explain the court reporter going with JP right?
I think he takes the reporter with him so there is no arguement that he says anything that would influence the jury.  " Well folks this is bozos fault again."

Somebody just needs to punch JVM in the face.  What she just said is so ludicrous I don't think I can even summarize it!  Something about how so much of the State's evidence being destroyed that maybe they've seen that they have to save face and offer a plea deal.

Jane Velez Mitchell has lost whatever little brain cells she had left

She thinks there might be a plea to save the State from embarrassment, are you flipping kidding me!!!!   She is an embarrassment to even think that the state has any reason to do anything other than hold their heads high.  Their case has been impeccable & concise, they've got Casey despite whatever tainted Koolaid drinker wants to believe, what the jury may do is another story but I dont think they are fooled by the defense's misrepresentations, lies & total disregard for the law

Good point. I'm just throwing it out as a guess; also, it was reported neither side looked happy. So that can't be good. Plus, the chambers meeting was sealed. So, just guessing something.

Doesn't even Jane believe that Casey is guilty?  And that the parents are pretty much lying to save her a$$?  So how can she say that? The defense has shown NOTHING to prove either that it was an accidental death, or that Casey didn't report her daughter missing because of sexual abuse- there is NO proof of abuse, a drowning, or anything else the defense has put forth!  THEY Should be embarrassed.. not the state!

6 or 7witnesses reported to have been in the hallway per HLN.
That makes it really odd. I would have thought JP would make the DT change plans and try to get something done today . It must be a super-kerfuffle.

Jinks saying to LKB that it may be a sanction against Jeff Ashton. LKB spewing her garbage that it could be witness tampering by the prosecution if they got Rodriguez employer involved to threaten the witnesses job. She's also surmising about the "biased judge" theory.

Not likely a jury issue. Court reporter left early. If there was an issue w juror, likely would have been questioned. @HLNTV #caseyanthony

Maybe it goes along with what Geraldo said... the defense feels it is not getting enough time and attention to present its case

Complaint big time from defense?
Mistrial?
Sanction on one of the attorneys.
Linda Kennedy Baden on.. guessing with Mr. Rodrigiz, so how much does state know about the and 20 if another descovering by defense... then blah blah I couldn't understand the mistrial

motion of refusing judge

Did someone get what she said?

JVM also said the judge isn't angry.  Does she really think he is going to show it or take it out on the jury?

I doubt a plea and just have no idea what's up.
