Ditto.  I'm just thinking with today's events and current depo, "lead counsel" might have better things to do with his time than to quibble with HLN talking heads about his precious record live on-air.  Unless that's all he's got left to cling to now...

For whatever it's worth, here's my best OPINION about the photo. I don't think it's just resized to stretch. The electrical outlet looks stretched AT THE TOP only. The left shoe shows a double back tab. Both arms should equal in length from elbow to wrist and the left one looks longer to me.

 

Could this photo which was submitted as evidence to support Jose Baez' "accident drowing" allegation in his opening statement have something to do with today's recess?

Could a mistrial be on the horizon?

Could it that Tamikosmom needs something to clear the morning cobwebs?

Maybe he is referring to another DP case he assisted in....like the youngsters he has on his team.  This would have made the news if he himself was lead attorney in a DP case.  jmo

I just can't figure out what Lee meant when he testified yesterday that  he went to Baez with information he heard from his parents that he did not think Baez knew...it's been driving me crazy what it could of been?

Question: Isn't there a standard for the placement of electrical outlets? mine are about 13 inches from the floor to the bottom of the plate cover.

I'm leaning towards IS Cayee

I think the arms and legs are too long for a 2 1/2 year old. (age at that time)  If you look at the other picture she has chubby legs and arms like a toddler. I am guessing the child at that glass door is at least 5 because of the body build.

I think this is an older child too and I measured the distance between the left arm and the shoulder and the same with the right.  The left is longer than the right.  Same with the forearm.

my hubs said something very important..most people do not see the court proceedings online like we do..they only see what is on InSessions and HLN which always cuts out to commercials at crucial times, has biased talking heads on there who talk over the court proceedings etc...if you don't watch it online, you could get a very different opinion on the evidence and the court testimony...me thinks that he is correct!

Totally true!!!!  And then there is Geraldo's propaganda over on FOX.. Judge Jeanine on FOX counters Geraldo's nonsense, thank goodness.  LKB & her husband should not be allowed to comment as they have too much conflict of interest in this case.

Probably meant nothing...probably was the script baez wrote for him to explain his change of demeanor from his testimony during prosecution CIC. Baez likes the "secret", he likes to imply there's something of importance that can't be said...to make jury wonder. It's a Baez tactic

That cabinet next to her, on the right, is different, taller, from the one in the "original" or top photo in my post on page 1 of this thread.  It is much taller- using the light switch as a guide, than in the photo without Caylee.

Did I understand correctly on HLN a few minutes ago that Baez called in to correct his trial experience numbers?  And if so, what's he doing sitting around watching HLN now?  Hmmm.

On Fox, they said there was a pretty reliable rumor that there would be a motion to recluse bozo. If that it true something big has happened. I would like to think KC turned on him and told about the "office visits" for 8 hours a day, but I would worry about a mistrial if that happens. There also seems to be a lot of scuttle butt about that picture, but the one thing we do know is the depositions are going on and evidently without bozo.
