Question: Isn't there a standard for the placement of electrical outlets? mine are about 13 inches from the floor to the bottom of the plate cover.

So are mine, just measured several of them, all are 13" from the floor.

Checked several of mine. I don't think they measure at all. "Ah that'll work"

Not only the cabinet,  there's NO tile in the other picture all carpet in front of the sliding glass door!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

IMO, they look the same from the side view.

Where is the black strip on the top of the shoe, by the ankles?  I only see black on the tongue in Caylee's B'Day photo.

EWWWWWW! Just thought of something, isn't the defense trying to say the side gate to the house was open trying to imply Caylee got into the pool by coming in that way meaning she would have come out the front door or door leading into the garage? So isn't this pic irrelevant after all?

So again.....why does the defense feel the need to alter a photo submitted into evidence?   I cry foul.

Is it to show that Caylee was in fact tall enough to open the door and get to the pool and drown all by herself?  IMO that child in the picture does not appear to be a little chunky monkey toddler!

Maybe Baez seduced Lee.

I just can't figure out what Lee meant when he testified yesterday that  he went to Baez with information he heard from his parents that he did not think Baez knew...it's been driving me crazy what it could of been?

Probably meant nothing...probably was the script baez wrote for him to explain his change of demeanor from his testimony during prosecution CIC. Baez likes the "secret", he likes to imply there's something of importance that can't be said...to make jury wonder. It's a Baez tactic

jmo, but if you look at the picture where CBB labeled items...right under the arrow that is under the words "upper plate" there appears to be a line where a possible cut n paste has been done; they don't quite match up but it's not easy to see.

The vary. In the keys, you can't even have sleeping quarters on the bottom floor. So, it varies. In addition, what year was the house built versus these codes? It could have been built prior. Just saying.

Where I lived in Florida there had to be an alarm on any door opening to a swimming pool. All of the doors which could access the pool had those alarms on then when I bought it. I don't know if that is a state law or just in that area but that was the law.

I dont even see how that would work anyway since Cindy said they did put the ladder up, they religiously made sure it was put up. I know later she said how did it get there but not sure when that was. they lie and twist things around so much!

this has probably been mentioned, I'm so far behind, but her left shoe looks very different than the right shoe.  Is this taken from a video where maybe this was caused by motion?  If it's a still photo, that left shoe alone would suggest photo tampering, IMO.  Unless they dressed her in 2 different shoes?

i noticed it yesterday , it does makes sense if this was taken from video and she was moving

Is there a few tiles in front of the door or not?
 

  the ground is shiny in the pic with the child, just in front of the door.. you can see a bit of reflection of light, which i don't think you would see if that area were just carpet. Somebody already did a close up of that pic and I thought there was tile in both shots. 

I'm not sure why so much time is being spent on the pics, anyway..  if it were truly an issue worth bringing up, the state would have done so. JMO

BBM..I read it to mean that Bozo could cash in after 30 days
