I hate to keep disagreeing, but I have cell phone photos that look like this. Even if it was stretched, everything was. I don't think they place her hand on that open door without it being there before. I don't think it's not Caylee. I feel certain the state would not have missed this.
Agreed. They're much sharper than the defense, for one thing. For another, I feel that we would at least (if not the jury) have heard that they had an issue with this photo.  LDB mentioned this photo with Cindy yesterday, correct? She could have said something outside the presence of the jury, that the state believed something to be wrong with this photo.  If they believe it was doctored, I have to think they would have called Baez on it.

Thank you anothermonkey. I was feeling like the bad guy for thinking this. Glad to know its not just me.

BUMPED by mwa
Highlighted by me

Wonder if he has had ENOUGH of BOZO!

what does he GOT to do????

He had to go tell the jury there was yet another delay!!!  I can't imagine having to face this jury!!  They have to be so frustrated!  Someone tweeted and I don't remember who...that is where he went just after saying that!

HLN:  When they come back, they're going to talk about a photo that a lot of people just don't think is Caylee...

I sent it to every news station last night

When compared to the torso ... does the left arm appear too long ... out of porportion?

Uh Oh...

Could the unexpected recess have something to do with a misuse of state funds by the DT?

JMO..if there was any question about that photo the State would have brought it up immediately.  The picture was stretched...WHY...who knows...but I believe it is a picture of Caylee.  I think the really important event happened this morning!!

Wait I could be wrong.
Is there a few tiles in front of the door or not?

the ground is shiny in the pic with the child, just in front of the door.. you can see a bit of reflection of light, which i don't think you would see if that area were just carpet. Somebody already did a close up of that pic and I thought there was tile in both shots.

I'm not sure why so much time is being spent on the pics, anyway..  if it were truly an issue worth bringing up, the state would have done so. JMO

Agree with bolded.

The state had months to research "expert" claims by Dr  Rod, and missed it until some smart monkeys here  rammed a red flag down their throats...just saying.  And, I mean no disrespect to the prosecutors on this case at all!

LOL...you are not the only one who sent it Blonde... and Janet...the left arm does appear longer as CBB pointed out...also the outlet on the top looks stretched. I say when it comes to cases such as this better to bring something to someones attention than to just wonder if anyone noticed it. JMO

Good thought, I can see the judge wanting to keep that type of info sealed.

I wasn't watching but I suspect that is the cost of opening and staffing the courthouse today.

was cindy with Baez and casey In holding room or is she wrong???

I'd say she's wrong.

I saw Cindy get up and leave courtroom, George had to get up to let her out. Can't find this in replay.

IF this is fact....WOW!!!!
if so, I wonder if CA is going to state KC said something to her when she was little about 'daddy touching her' and CA dismissed it....someone else said  GA was reading some papers and someone else said it was reported he was crying....all for reasonable doubt????

@lorchal I'm not saying they definitely are; but why, because they see case is not nearly as strong as they thought; plus avoids appeal.

I think it purports to show Caylee opening the door all by herself which would support the defense contention of accidental drowning. If this picture has been tampered with to support the defense theory, it would be a very serious violation of law.

Before court was dismissed, Jean Casaris said to the effect that a photo that a lot of people think is fake will be discussed.  I don't think Jean Casaris is exactly a person to go to for facts, but she must have heard this somewhere.

Babybear

Did the discussion take place?

Janet

No, because the judge came out and dismissed court for the day.  I think she meant it would be a subject discussed with a witness.

One of the pundits said that the State had the photo for a long time and did nothing.  We don't know that they did nothing.  The photo was not received into evidence until yesterday so they might not have been allowed  to bring it up until after the defense did.

Thanks.

Considering Blonde sent the image to media outlets ... I do believe the photo will become a topic of discussion by the talking heads at some point in time this weekend.

Samarie's explanation is definitely food for thought for this wannabe detective who sees conspiracies where there is none.  My son-in-law's cousin is a professional photographer locally.  She will be on her lunch break in a couple of hours.  My intention is to contact her and ... request she access the forum and ... give me her take.
