I think the furniture is arranged differently in the photos. In the pic, with the, child it appears to me that the large black cabinet, located next to the couch has been moved over near the slider...

JMO..if there was any question about that photo the State would have brought it up immediately.  The picture was stretched...WHY...who knows...but I believe it is a picture of Caylee.  I think the really important event happened this morning!!

Ita Sunny..Something happened again..court was frozen for the day..depositions had to be done because a chemist, Baez has been hung up on chemist through the whole of the States witnesses "are you a chemist?" was going to testify to something other then what was in his report.

This is a repeat of last Saturday with Doc Rod..and last Monday..and again I am still trying to find a printout of the court reporters minutes from last Monday and no luck.

Baez is in very deep trouble now..you do not do this snit twice in a week and expect to not get big time sanctioned at the end of the trial.  Why is this nut putting his whole career on the line like this..he looks like a belligerent teen in front of the judge and jury?

That was the impression I got---and also that he was fed completely up.

I heard Mason wanted to talk to Judge about something this am, In the start of this trial he said on Live TV he WOULD Walk Hand in Hand with Casey FREE when this is over..maybe now he wants out?

Bozo shown leaving court with a huge fixed smile on his face. I think his obvious good cheer looks a bit unusual, odd and forced. Sounds like it may be a cover for what really happened. So maybe he IS in trouble. Maybe being removed as lead counsel?

Scatty, I'm still behind but had to bump this.  I agree.  Something wasn't right, like the time Baez got smacked down a few times at the podium, said, "No further questions," gathered his materials (composure) and walked accidentally toward the jury instead of to the DT table.

Today, he looked a little stunned and like he was concentrating--left foot, right foot, keep a slight smile . . . thinking "Aw, carp!"

Furniture could have been moved.  The large black cabinet by the couch has a detail line along the edge that is not on the pigeon crap cabinet though.

  the ground is shiny in the pic with the child, just in front of the door.. you can see a bit of reflection of light, which i don't think you would see if that area were just carpet. Somebody already did a close up of that pic and I thought there was tile in both shots. 

I'm not sure why so much time is being spent on the pics, anyway..  if it were truly an issue worth bringing up, the state would have done so. JMO

You could be right.  On the other hand ... when you consider the overwhelming documentation that prosecutors have to comprehend ... a possible manipulation of this photo could have been missed.  I would not have taken a second look at it ... if a Monkey had not brought it to the forum's attention.

LOL....I do not think that the picture is the cause of any of the events of today by any means. I think the picture is Caylee, I do however, agree with klaas and others that the picture appears to be stretched or something ......that's my story and I am sticking to it...LOL
