What if the defense (KC & Bozo) are aiming to delay the trial or have a mistrial?  One sure way to do that is to have the only DP atty on the defense team kicked off.  How?  Why, have wittle KC claim he's made improper advances.  I've seen in the past couple of weeks, Mumbles place his hands on KC's shoulder's, along the back of her chair, leaning in and speaking closely right there in the courtroom.  I wouldn't put it past a liar to lie at this point for a mistrial.   

Mason may be playing the health card. He is being treated for prostate cancer.

Sure has IMO, opened the door so many times .....WRT Finnel, where is she? I read and can't remember where that she quietly slipped away due to all the attn on her ditching her hubby and kids for a convicted serial rapist/murderer, and while I know this shouldn't be held against the defendant in any case I do think ppl have common sense and I would try my best NOT to tie that in with the accused but I am not sure I would be successful........who on the DT is not a snake? Are any of the lead attys reputable and ethical (couldn't they find even one to add some balance to the team, all snakes to me!)

For whatever it's worth, here's my best OPINION about the photo. I don't think it's just resized to stretch. The electrical outlet looks stretched AT THE TOP only. The left shoe shows a double back tab. Both arms should equal in length from elbow to wrist and the left one looks longer to me.

I am catching up again and if this has already been mentioned then my apologies 

When the lawyers finally came back into the courtroom, just before CJBP announced the recess, Mumbles sat in his chair, Bozo stood behind his, Casey and Simms were both seated.  Bozo and Simms began a conversation above Casey at the same time Casey was leaning around a standing Bozo to talk to Mumbles.  It was really odd and it doesn't appear Casey is even acknowledging that Bozo is in the room.  It's at roughly the 22:00 mark http://www.wftv.com/video/28356011/index.html

Also, Casey had been reading the live transcript laptop and when the lawyers came back into the courtroom Simms closed the lid on it.  Why wouldn't she want Mumbles and Bozo to know that Casey had been reading when they've been allowing her to do so all along.  That is at about the 15:35 mark in the same video.

Wonder if that would include doctored photos?

My guess would be all those photos were photo shopped.  Listen to Bozo when he asks Cindy after showing each photo IF that photo was an accurate representation of whatever--climbing ladder, opening door etc.

The key word here is "representation".  That means, to me, the photos were photo shopped to represent each point Bozo was making.

One of the pictures shown yesterday was Caylee at the top of the pool deck standing next to some supports for the ladder.  If someone could find that picture and then find the measurements of those supports, that might give a better idea of how tall Caylee was.  Is the picture where she is opening the door from 2008 or 2007?  The average height increase for a year might have to be factored in if the pictures were not taken the same year.

One of the pictures shown yesterday was Caylee at the top of the pool deck standing next to some supports for the ladder.  If someone could find that picture and then find the measurements of those supports, that might give a better idea of how tall Caylee was.  Is the picture where she is opening the door from 2008 or 2007?  The average height increase for a year might have to be factored in if the pictures were not taken the same year.

For a couple minues I truly believed that Jose Baez was about to have his "johnny cochran" moment.

Those are 2 pics printed side by side with no space between them. Klaas is right, the pic to the left is a screen shot of the body recovery site. The second pic to the right is the one we've all been talking about...the child at the sliding glass door...MOO
