How many times is Baez going to be allowed to flat out ignore the Court's order on evidence?

It is obvious at this point to all that he just ignored Perry's court order and figured, there is no way Perry would disallow it thinking that it would be an appealable situation. Nice ethics Jose.

Oh to be a fly on the wall in the Judge's chambers right now.

Now heading back into Chambers with court reporter.

They are back in court - Casey seems a bit put out, sux to be her 
Attorneys are at sidebar again.

I wonder if this has anything to do with her possibly testifying

Attorney were talking without CJBP & then went into chambers again - Casey was blowing her nose, seems like she was cryng

He's just going to say what he did in the deposition that Dominic Casey picked him to go find Caylee's body. Notice it's not DC they're calling. Hoover's testimony is to just create enough confusion in the jury by stating the body wasn't there when they searched the area.
However, iirc, they never searched the exact area but close to it.

Wow Casey is pissy now lol. At least Judge Perry didn't drag the SA's back for this little come to Jesus meeting. 2 weeks have been wasted on nothing but lies and sidebars. The jury should already have this case in deliberations and home.
Does anyone know that when they reach their verdict of quilty will they have to stay sequestered til the penalty phase is done or can they render a verdict and their recommendations for the penalty at the same time? You know Bozo is going to drag the penaly phase out as long as he can.
