I don't think so.  After that discussion, Cheney Mason stated before he went to sidebar that this was a completely different matter.  And shortly after the sidebar started, they all went to the Judge's chambers.

Guess it takes time to read over the deposition of this Dr, who is supposed to take the stand...  and see if it matches up with the new report the defense is trying to slip in at the last minute.

Its more fabricating evidence
Even if it was Caylee, it does not mean she had the strength to open or close that door. Sometimes the sliding glass door would be left open to let the airflow in the house, according to Cindy's testimony. In that pic, the child was merely reaching for the handle, maybe to try to open it wider or close it, but I doubt she'd have the strength to do it especially she has to reach up in that way, putting her off balance.

I think that Jean C. is going to talk about the photo of Caylee at the sliding door..they just went to break....HLN...
Casey looks really really upset!!! not her usual chatty self with Sims..

another thing, thought it was interesting when Casey was doing her real crying when Lee was on the stand, no one was comforting her, rubbing her shoulders etc like they were doing when she was fake crying..

on WFTV, Bill Schaeffer (sorry if I'm not spelling that right) pointed out that the state has had a copy of this photo.. surely they have had plenty of time to make sure this photo has not been doctored in any way.
