  The person who was supposed to testify today, tried to get in new information.. had a slide show ready, had new information on source of odor (in trunk, I'm guessing) and then somethng about chloroform that was not given in his deposition. State only had like 10 minutes to review it..   Baez said he'd be willing to tailor this Dr's testimony in order to get him to testify, but the judge said he wanted to read the new report and see if there was any new info in it.

Once again Judge Perry trying to cajole the jury.

They have to know who is the problem suddenly and every day now as it is the DEFENSE side of the trial.  I hope this helps even Juror #4 to realize that they would not need to lie and cheat if they had a strong case.

now this will go on even longer! it will extend another day for crying out loud..

no 4th of July holiday for the jurors...Judge Perry should have court on the 4th for a make up day...however that won't happen cause it would cost too much money..
