if there is a mistrial, then she stays in jail and gets tried again...as long as she doesn't get out, I can live with a mistrial..don't want to..but I don't want her to have one day of freedom...

Somebody just needs to punch JVM in the face.  What she just said is so ludicrous I don't think I can even summarize it!  Something about how so much of the State's evidence being destroyed that maybe they've seen that they have to save face and offer a plea deal.

Bozo shown leaving court with a huge fixed smile on his face. I think his obvious good cheer looks a bit unusual, odd and forced. Sounds like it may be a cover for what really happened. So maybe he IS in trouble. Maybe being removed as lead counsel?

As I am sitting here waiting for all this to unfold I thought to myself "I'll be so relieved when this trial is over so I can get my life back.".

 Then I realized Little Caylee will never ever be able to get her life back..... So sad....

The state wasn't in chambers when Bozo et al. were, which is why there's no way this could have anything to do with anything the state did.

Before I leave for the day, I also want to say that Linda Kenney Baden is an idiot. I think when they did all that liposuction, they vacuumed out part of her brain.

 

I agree, she needs to get up a little earlier and at least watch what takes place in the courtroom before she gets on tv and talks about it.

@LindsTR What I do is 100% speculation based on experience. And until plea is accepted, you have to continue preparing as if it wont be.

Was #CaseyAnthony offered plea by State? Would make sense, recognizes likelihood of lessor jury verdict, but avoids appeal and retrial.

For whatever it's worth, here's my best OPINION about the photo. I don't think it's just resized to stretch. The electrical outlet looks stretched AT THE TOP only. The left shoe shows a double back tab. Both arms should equal in length from elbow to wrist and the left one looks longer to me.

She wouldn't cry over anything except herself.  Which is what led me to assume Byass is out.  (she wouldn't cry over him being sanctioned ... that's all about him.  she would only cry if he quit and she wouldn't see him all the time ... that's all about her.)
