Are there "sealed documents" that would support Jose Baez allegations in his opening statement in regads to "secrets" within the Anthony home?

When all is said and done ... the "secrets" of the past may explain inappropriate/self destructive behavior ... may explain the ability to suppress normal emotions ...  but those "secrets" do not justify Casey killing her daughter.

Chief Judge Belvin Perry and the attorneys met outside the courtroom and discussed matters that are "under seal" and not part of the public record, according to a court-system spokeswoman

Perry emerged from the conference and announced aloud in court that a "legal matter" had come up, requiring court to be recessed.

One theory about the abrupt recess involved some reporting by Geraldo Rivera of Fox News.

In an online posting Friday, Rivera described having lunch with defense lawyer Jose Baez, who "expressed deep frustration over what he believes to be rulings from the bench that limit his ability to make the abuse argument, however implausible."

Baez alleged in his opening statement that Casey Anthony suffered sexual abuse by her father and brother. Those factors and the family’s dysfunction led her to lie after her daughter’s "accidental drowning" in June 2008, he told jurors.

Rivera also shared details about the Baez lunch with Juan Williams on "The O’Reilly Factor" television show.

Klaas ,probably misunderstanding you . I think you were away from the trial then ,have you seen about the hawk?

That made me cry........Whoever made that just touched my heart as it has great significance to me.

I lost one of my dearest friends on the 10th of June and his memorial service was today and he was like myself 1/4 Cherokee so when I heard a wolf the night of the 10th I knew he was good. Today I saw either an eagle or a hawk with an enormous wing span. I couldn't be sure which because the color was different than most bald eagles here I have seen. It was brownish red and most here are black. It soared over the lake and somehow I knew this trial is going to turn out okay. That doesn't mean it will turn out the way "I" want it to, but it will be okay. Don't ask me why, there are somethings I just know and when I saw that video it really touched my heart.

Thank you. He had a life well lived and died at his kitchen table with his cup of coffee and reading his Bible that morning but I am really going to miss him because I talked to him almost everyday. It is really okay when you see someone who lived life to the fullest, never been ill and was ready to go. My own self centered self would have liked to have had him around.

I am about 10 pages behind, but I just had to say ITA... this all happened when their assistant guy brought that sliding glass door pic in..I think mason realized what had happened.. but I also have a migraine and have been puking .. I wish they would just stop the speculation and say something so we dont have to see LKB spew hew goop

The Defense tried to put out there that Lee has some deep, dark secret as to why he was sobbing so much on the witness stand because he was not allowed to be or told that Casey was giving birth to Caylee. However, the Defense never asked the obvious question.

Could it just be that Lee has psychological problems? Could he simply have emotional issues or an actually medical affliction? Something just seems to be off about him and it might be a medical issue, not that he is some kind of molesterlike the Defense would have you believe.

either Baez told Whoraldo what was "the truth" in hopes of getting a mistrial (stupid) or he told him in confidence (to a friend).  We all remember Whoraldo giving away tactical information / future positions of the troop he was embedded in on national television - and was kicked out of iraq by the Pentagon (can't find a video).  It is possible Baez told him in confidence & he just couldn't keep his mouth shut.  (just shows Bozo's inexperience yet again - if true)

I've always said George didn't abuse ICA but Lee gave me that "vibe".  I believe it more & more each day.  On the stand crying like betrayed lover not a caring brother IMO.

I think most normal people would save their money and buy something for the expected baby and ooh and aah over the cute nursery, etc. instead of pouting as Lee, a supposed grown man, did.

And he named CINDY first as who he was mad at.  He was mad at his mother because his sister was pregnant?  And not telling him all about it.

His hair is going to be totally grey before this trial is over.  It was very dark when this first happened.

Good morning monkeys, I am not too much worried about sindy's puppets (george and lee)...i am veey worried about sindy's testimony that she was the person serching for chloroform, march 17.  It is really bad for the pros if sindy was at home yhat day, I know there is a timesheet that say that sindy was at work march 17, but maybe be other probe that she was at work that day, full or partial day...
