According to the following document ... Caylee's remains were eventually found in the area where Dominic Casey was searching ... Dominic Casey who was the family's PI ... Dominic Casey who filed a motion not to be desposed by the prosecution because he was a member of the defence team.

Interesting read.  I do not know how to copy this document.  May one of our techie Monkeys could bring it over.

I had no luck locating a transcript of the deposition.  Maybe it was not release.  Nevertheless ... the following article is confirmation that Dominic Casey was deposed.

As the Casey Anthony trial inches closer, a series of depositions were held Monday at the Florida State Attorney's Office.

Among those deposed were private investigator Dominic Casey, who worked for the Anthony family, and at one point Anthony's defense team.

The private eye was seen on video searching the same location where the remains of Anthony's 2-year-old daughter Caylee were eventually found in December 2008.

On June 12, Finnell spent about five hours with Anthony, jail records show.

She was accompanied by fellow defense attorney Dorothy Clay Sims as well as mitigation specialist Rosalie Bolin, who first made an appearance in the case during jury selection in Pinellas County.

Records also show visits from forensic psychologist Dr. Harry Krop and another mitigation specialist, Jeanene Barrett, on the same day.

Just since the beginning of May, Barrett has visited Anthony five times in jail.

Anthony hasn't had a visitor in jail since June 12.

He really is. Especially against Ashton, Linda, & even the witnesses! Look at him trying to question Yuri. Too funny! Then he got up and stood next to Bozo for that demonstration and Bozo looked like a defeated BUG next to Yuri. He really needs to give it up! I pray he gets disbarred after this!
