This is what Ive been trying to say which has nothing to do with LP.  If everyone recalls, Hoover stated that DC went to meet with Bozo & at that time DC he was stunned that he was being told Caylee was dead, FWIW.  DC said that he was not sent to the woods by George or Cindy so simple deduction means in some manner it had to have come from Casey.

IIRC - (someone correct me if I'm wrong) didn't Dominic state that "Baez told him" to contact him first if he found a body...not LE?????

I always wondered if Convicted Felon Casey Anthony had the remains in the freezer for a day or so as she backed that car right up against it.  And had some frozen foods in the car when Tony picked her up, etc.

I always wondered if she took those frozen items out of the freezer and to Tony's to make room to keep Caylee there as she was starting to decompose.

I've always thought that. I thought Caylee died outside & Casey put her in her play cottage until she could figure out what to do. Then she put her in garbage bags/laundry bag & into the freezer. Then she backed her car into the garage & took Caylee out of the freezer & placed her frozen body in the trunk. I always thought there was no way she'd be able to handle a dead body in the trunk for a few days...unless the body was originally frozen. The condensation of the thawing body mixed with the natural decomposition could have helped to stain the trunk. Caylee was triple bagged but the larvae could have eaten through the bags. However, if condensation formed on the outside as well as the inside of the bags, added in with decomp, the smell would permeate everything. Decomp would do that anyway, however if it was from food the smell would have subsided. Decomp is kinda like putting leftover birthday cake in the fridge when there's a cut onion also in there. No matter how much you secure that cake, it'll still pick up that onion smell/taste. Decomp of a body is like that. It attaches to everything. I think George got close to crashing Casey's party when he went to take the gas cans out of her trunk...but she raced him there.

He may narrow his line of questioning but Im pretty sure some of it will come but I thought the step son retracted his statements & Im not sure the ex-wife is going to make it on the stand.

Baez maybe.  Would he trust anybody else?  Also high ratings and we know Baez is all about that.

Yes, he did at some point & if that is true its unconscionable.

here is one thing i can't figure out.  Why would casey tell anyone where the body was.  Initally, I belive George helped her hide or actually disposed of the body for her.  But taking him out of the scenario then why Casey tell anyone.  Her case was stronger without Caylee's body having been found and as an extra benefit it would continue to torture Cindy forever if she hadn't been found.  Maybe Casey didn't want all Cindy's resources spent on looking for an alive Caylee.  That is one thing I can't figure out.

i tune out when LP talks, the other guy didn't seem too bad but I didn't listen carefully.  LP though I don't think has ever been right about anything in the case. Remember when he was sooo sure the baby was alive and Casey was just scared, blah, blah, blah.

I think that the three psych dr's that evaluated Casey over the weekend need to do the same with LP.

What is the difference between Casey ans LP, they both make up stories and lie through their teeth to get attention while they think they are the olnly one's that are right and every one else is a fool. I cannot wait until casey is finally found guilty and its over, we will never have to suffer thru her or Padilla again.

Im expecting a rather cool but hostile witness that may just take a few jabs at Bozo.  Whether he dissected a snake or whatever, Bozo has literally made this man's life a living H for 2 and 1/2 years

i was thinking today that I would like to see a trial with ashton or LDB against another defense atty who was a worthy opponent.  They are so good but I'd like to see them try a case against someone at their level.

BTW, peeing in public down here can get you labeled as a sex offender.. and he peed near the school.. our school start was delayed for 2 weeks due to Fay, I dont know about Orlando, Florida usually starts school around the 3rd week of August
