I always wondered if she took those frozen items out of the freezer and to Tony's to make room to keep Caylee there as she was starting to decompose. 

OMG! I remember someone saying she brought Tyson chicken nuggets (those frozen chicken nuggets in the red bag)!!! I don't remember if it was Tony or Jesse though. Ugh I'm sickened.

I thought that too, when Tony said kc bought bags of food from the a's house.
Also was a few months ago, someone stated (can't remember who) that ca bought a new freezer, washier/dryer.  Anyone know about this?
 

Yes, we watched it all on live camera.  There was a camera on a pole across the street watching the A's residence, put up by LE.  It was online and we could go online and watch everything that went on outside the front of the house and in the garage, too, if the garage door was opened.

Also, we saw LE come out late one evening and search George's car (that black SUV) and they found a gun he had purchased.

This is what Ive been trying to say which has nothing to do with LP.  If everyone recalls, Hoover stated that DC went to meet with Bozo & at that time DC he was stunned that he was being told Caylee was dead, FWIW.  DC said that he was not sent to the woods by George or Cindy so simple deduction means in some manner it had to have come from Casey.

IIRC - (someone correct me if I'm wrong) didn't Dominic state that "Baez told him" to contact him first if he found a body...not LE?????

I happen to agree with the defense that the body was placed in that location at a later date. I don't know who or why someone did it, but I firnly believe it happened. And as for Kronk, he's a snake, imo. Something isn't right with him. His "I stopped on the side of the road to pee and stumbled across remains" is a CROCK of BS, imo.

Just what makes you think the body was placed there at a later date?  Everything I saw or heard has convinced me she was there pretty much the whole time?  

 Basically for the same reasons the defense claims. Those remains had not been there long at all when they were found.

So someone came there with a sack of bones, blanket, clothes and chewed on the bones then spread them all around?  I'm sorry.  That seems irrational to me.

No, they only get chewed when meat is still on them.  The animals wouldn't be interested after decomposition.  They also had to get through three bags and a hamper.  There must have been some connective tissue to have the torso together, in another area.

Actually they do - when a body is totally decomposed if you will watch the discovery channel  animals may scatter the bones looking for something to eat, but they don't chew on them unless there is bone marrow in them.

As much as I think Padilla is the biggest buffoon in this affair -- I think he is probably dead on correct in his analysis of Kronk, Hoover and Casey. I think they WERE informed of the disposal site (and yes-- the body has been there all along). I think they got the information from hearing "privlilged attorney -client conversation at the jail. (Kronk had a source there!).

I think I would like to have Kronk to "come clean" on the stand and throw Baez under the bus. That pains me though as a it would be an immediate mis-trial. Baez would not be just dis-barred, he would go to jail. So would Kronk for lying in his deposition.

BTW, peeing in public down here can get you labeled as a sex offender.. and he peed near the school.. our school start was delayed for 2 weeks due to Fay, I dont know about Orlando, Florida usually starts school around the 3rd week of August

So tue    Also, did Gustav hit Orlando? It hit us after Faye came thru but nothing like Central Florida so I wonder what the water level was like if Gustav hit too

The vegetation is really a moot point. The vegetation could have been from any site. The vegetation claim alone does not stand as proof the remains were originally in that spot.

I don't think Baez will let anyone do that job but him.  Too bad...for the defense.  Although, Mason, has screwed up in major ways in his feeble attempts at direct.  If they continue to use Finnel, then she won't be so effective in the death penalty phase, IMO.  So, I vote: Baez.

IIRC there was some problem with getting her phone records.  She told NG (I believe) that she tried to get her phone records and couldn't and NG didn't buy that for one second.

My question:  Do we have any knowledge if the prosecution has her phone records??

I agree about Hoover and Casey but not Kronk.  Like I've said many times before, there is nothing unusual about suspecting that general area to be a location where Casey might have placed Caylee.  From the beginning it was said she would hang out there as a teen with her friends (ICA).  The problem is the area is over grown and for a long time was under water.  I have seen nothing that ties Kronk to the Anthonys or Hoover or Dominic Casey.

This direct by Baez is going to be a circus.

I personally don't think bozo will do diddly to Kronk. I read the deposition and bozo could not change his story no matter how hard bozo tried. It is hard to screw someone up when they are telling the truth and Kronk passed the lie detector test.

I think Gustav just hit the keys and then us....we had no rain, just extreme wind and 20 ft waves.....it was my first TS since moving here and we didn't know any better, we were out on the beach in shorts and t-shirts, so we all had a RX strength dermabrasion
