Is it public record WHO asked for those 3 doctors to examine kc?
Nancy G is suggesting it was kc asking.

 

I thought it was Judge Perry who obtained the 3 eval/exams by the doctors.

My take was that it was the Defense lawyers who requested the evaluation and Judge Perry actually selected the Psychologists. I think NG was wrong about it being casey herself making the request.

It would have been a request by her because that is the way they are made to the courts, not from the attorneys.

The vegetation is really a moot point. The vegetation could have been from any site. The vegetation claim alone does not stand as proof the remains were originally in that spot.

The vegetation proof is not a moot point.  Actually, common sense would tell any honest thinking person that that really is proof.

I think that would be a good example of what is "reasonable".

I hope bozo does it and Kronk makes a complete fool out of him. I don't know how bozo will get around the fact Kronk passed his lie detector test. I know it is not admissible in court as evidence, but if bozo starts his crazy stuff, hopefully Kronk will bring it up so it can be used.
