They are saying ICA can testify on her own behalf whether the defense wants her to or not.  Maybe that is what caused Mumbles to file the crazy motion, he told her she is not getting on the stand and she is saying she is getting up there to tell her story?

It looks to me that she was definitely directing that at Lindalicious.  Think the first word is 'she'.  Anyhoo...am hoping Linda moves her chair over there...lol  Then the jury will get a 'clue' how evil this wench really is.

I bet this is it.  Like all sociopaths, Casey doesn't know why people don't believe her when she lies.  She truly thinks she is convincing them.  Same as Joran vdSloot and now Jose Baez.

I don't think she would. She would certainly try, though. But, whoever is coaching the Anthony's on how to maintain a calm demeanor is doing a terrific job. Both Cindy and George have shown a complete turn-around with regard temperament. I'm sure whoever is responsible for that is working on Casey too.

its so wierd that cindy was talking with dominic, then he said that maybe lee hid the body.

StarMonkey- wasn't the area Dominic searched an empty house down the street from the Anthonys? One that perhaps backed up to the area where Caylee's remains were found???

I've been saying that for days. Mason knows d@mn well her testifying in her defense will be basically suicide......but I think she is insisting on it, and Mason truly believes she must not be competent because she does not understand the gravity of her getting on the witness stand is.

She is not taking the advice of her attorneys (at least Mason anyway) and he threw his last card (incompetent)....or a "hail Mary" to try & save KC's skank @ss!

KC must still believe she can manipulate the jury with her lies to set her free!........She will FAIL!

Right now saying normally the lawyers agree on one Dr to evaluate someone but because these lawyers can not agree on anything he suspects JP assigned 3 Dr's to cover things.

Good Morning

Bozo told Dominic to call him if her found the body.  A lot of us here think he wasn't looking in order to call LE and report it, but to make sure it was NEVER going to be found.

Also, he had some 'markers' out there in the woods that he was looking for that would give him a clue where to find the body.  IIRC pavers was one of the 'markers'.  Oh, and when asked why was he looking for those specific things...he said that the psychic told him that.

Wasn't he also looking for a board?  A log?  Have forgotten all the details.

Was Dom Casey's depo ever released?

I think you are right. She is insisting to testify and Mason is trying to prevent her from putting the needle in her own arm.
