Morning, Monkeys!  I am trying to follow while on vacation, not an easy feat!

One thing I'm not understanding is why the defense is focusing on blaming LE for not investigating others when they, the defense, have admitted in opening statements that Caylee drowned.     Why would LE move past the mother of the child, the last person to see the child alive when all she does is lie and most of what she said could not be corroborated? 

I think they're attempting to discredit others so as to provide reasonable doubt to the theory that Casey duct taped & threw her daughter away like trash. They may think that if they can show Caylee could have been disposed of by someone else, then the theory of homicide could be doubtful, considering they're going for accidental death. If they can prove this, whether it be on George Anthony or Roy Kronk, then Casey could walk.

I just don't see how it's possible when everything links back to her.

There are built in questions in those psych evals that weed out malingering...  It is computer scored cant trick the puter

CONCLUSION:  It is this examiner's opinion that Casey Anthony is a cold-hearted baby murdering slore and is fully competent to finish her 1st degree murder trial.

Being a narcissistic sociopath does NOT show up in psych evaluations. It's a character flaw, not a mental illness. She's fine to proceed DUH!!!!

I think it is shown as a personality disorder.   And to date, I have not heard that personality disorders respond to medication or counseling.  In fact, traditional "talk therapy" is a total waste.

I think KC was giddy because she thought she was walking AND because she had been the total focus of attention for the testing.
