Hey Capp, I'm trying to remember. After the dogs had positive hits in the trunk & the backyard, were there no dog searches in the house? I remember forensics were in the house trying to gather evidence but, when they were done, were dogs brought in to see if a dead body was ever in the house?

Morning, Monkeys!  I am trying to follow while on vacation, not an easy feat!

One thing I'm not understanding is why the defense is focusing on blaming LE for not investigating others when they, the defense, have admitted in opening statements that Caylee drowned.     Why would LE move past the mother of the child, the last person to see the child alive when all she does is lie and most of what she said could not be corroborated? 

I think they're attempting to discredit others so as to provide reasonable doubt to the theory that Casey duct taped & threw her daughter away like trash. They may think that if they can show Caylee could have been disposed of by someone else, then the theory of homicide could be doubtful, considering they're going for accidental death. If they can prove this, whether it be on George Anthony or Roy Kronk, then Casey could walk.

I just don't see how it's possible when everything links back to her.

It will be very interesting to see how Jose addresses the disposal of little Caylee.  During opening statements he didn't address the disposal.  He went from Caylee drowning to Roy Kronk and George, but there was a huge disconnect from A to B, IIRC.

I can't see the jury buying any of this.
