I happen to agree with the defense that the body was placed in that location at a later date. I don't know who or why someone did it, but I firnly believe it happened. And as for Kronk, he's a snake, imo. Something isn't right with him. His "I stopped on the side of the road to pee and stumbled across remains" is a CROCK of BS, imo.

I stand on the side of the forensic scientists for the prosecution and believe 100% the body was placed there in June 2008, not at a later date.
Ditto......even their own experts state she has been there for 6 months (except that quack Bock who thought a coyote of dog buried a bone)......also, IIRC Tim Miller who surely has seen his share of bodies found stated the day he saw her and the depression in the ground, vines growing thru her skull and bag that she had been there for ~6 months

O/T - Strawberry Shortcake, I really need you to either un-animate your avatar or change to another one.  The jumping up and down on this particular one is going to drive me to drink.  I've make an un-animated one for you to use if you like.  If you don't want to change it I'll change it for you.  Thanks for understanding.

The vegetation is really a moot point. The vegetation could have been from any site. The vegetation claim alone does not stand as proof the remains were originally in that spot.

Not when it grew from the ground thru a Winnie the Pooh blanket, two plastic bags & a canvas bag.  If it was disturbed from June to Dec from another location  the vegetation amount and growth would be less significant

Who is this guy?

James Hoover, photographer & self-proclaimed PI - seen originally taking pictures the day Casey was being bailed out as if he were paparazzi.   Went to Anthony home to offer to help, teamed up with Dominic Casey who worked originally for Bozo and then went directly to work for the Anthonys....all very convoluted.

The item was a BATH MAT, not a blanket....separate comment

Does sound/look like a mob character...

I take "opinions" from certain posters with a grain bag of salt. Some posters also think computers have artificial intelligence and run hard searches by themselves all day.

I guess we could never convict child molesters of having kiddie porn on their computers because -- you never know when a perverted computer with a sex addiction is going to search such sites while you aren't home!  Monkey Devil!

The vegetation is really a moot point. The vegetation could have been from any site. The vegetation claim alone does not stand as proof the remains were originally in that spot.

So, what do you think they did....transplant all that "overgrown" vegetation into that spot.

Hmmm....that spot was cleared to bare earth and now, 3 years later.....3 years....the vegetation has not become overgrown...we know that because several reporters have been there recently to show us the location.  Yes, vegetation is growing back, but 3 years later it's not over-grown.

So, IMO, to have put that much vegetation in that area, to be that over-grown, it would have taken an army of minions to put those plants in the ground...not to mention the second army it would take to weave those "very fine" roots through the bones and the hair mass on the ground.

Bock testified that the vegetation on Casey's car did not match the vegetation found in Caylee's remains. She testified that the vegetation could have taken place in a two week period, but she also said it could have been there 6 months.

Bock is completely wrong a thousand ways to Sunday

Casey Smiles, Laughs Prior To Mental Competency Ruling
Posted: 6:41 am EDT June 27, 2011Updated: 7:30 pm EDT June 27, 2011

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. -- Casey Anthony was giddy, laughing and smiling just before Judge Belvin Perry ruled that she's mentally competent to proceed in her murder trial on Monday. Casey's jovial mood changed after receiving the judge's ruling. She's accused of killing her 2-year-old daughter, Caylee Marie Anthony.

Just what makes you think the body was placed there at a later date?  Everything I saw or heard has convinced me she was there pretty much the whole time?

Since these two Defense witnesses were at a minimum of 50 ft. off from where the remains were found, I don't even know why the Defense went through this farce of presenting them.  Maybe to fill out more time so it is not so obvious that their client is guilty and they did one lousy job.  Maybe the Defense is fearing a malpractice suit at this point in time.

IIRC, Bock is also the one who didn't know about Kudzu, after 30 years of experience.  I don't have any years of experience in her line of work, yet I've know what Kudzu is since I was a very young girl.

Umm....the vegetation was rooted to the ground THROUGH the bones. The skull was partially buried in the muck. The bones had been scattered by animals as they drug them away from the initial site. The bones were still connected by tissue as several body segments were found still closely related. Vegetation is key to the time the body was in the site. And all forensic analysis indicates that the body had been in place for up to six months.

As we say here in Florida, Central Florida, to newcomers, "Y'all ain't from around here, are ya?"

Oh my GAWD!  I can't take this anymore.  Isn't George asking the exact same questions as Finnell?  All they have him doing is draw on pics.  Linda!  Please put us out of our misery!

I'm glad to know I'm not the only one annoyed by George. Even his voice drives me crazy.

Yes and there we go. George is done and we gained NOTHING!!!

Agreed. Every time he examines a witness is a waste.
Disagree completely. On cross examination-- they CAN'T confront the witness with phone records etc. What they are doing is merely asking questions that they can confront during the rebuttal.  Don't worry folks -- the Prosecution will wrap up ALL of these thing during rebuttal.

Completely agree!!!

IMO, the defense went through this farce of a presentation, just to try to confuse "one" juror; however, in doing that they more than likely insulted the intelligence of a hugh percentage of the jury.  Hopefully, the one or two that may have become confused will be given the truth in simple terms to them to understand.

The main thing I'm getting out of this is that "if" I were a juror, I'd be ticked off at them trying to feed me all these LIES.
