Plus Bobo's opening statement was so outrageous.. it was ego driven for the shock and attention.. certainly not in his clients best interests...it was shocking alright.. but no awe

Once you take the 5th then that stops all questions.  So, theoretically, she could take the stand and answer the defense questions, then take the 5th.  However, I wonder if there would be some legal loophole.  If I were a juror and a witness pulled a trick like that, I wouldn't believe one single word out of that witness's mouth.

It does not matter what LE did or didn't do - they did the best they could with the all the liar's  information they had. If ANY of that lying bunch had told the truth, the body would have been found within weeks, not months, but they could not let that happen because the way she was killed could be determined.

I always wondered if Convicted Felon Casey Anthony had the remains in the freezer for a day or so as she backed that car right up against it.  And had some frozen foods in the car when Tony picked her up, etc.

Anna, I wondered that also, but wouldnt she fear the parents would accidently come across Caylee?? eeww.. if its true, she brought frozen food from home..I wonder if caylee was laying on it or under it

Was the sandbox one of those big plastic turtles with a top?  Another possibility. 

But she did back right up to that freezer.  Maybe they don't use it that often.  Or maybe it locks and she hid the key.

Don't guess we will ever know but at least we know Kronk didn't kill the baby so he is totally irrelevant.

I'm still curious about Mason.  He didn't make as many mistakes as Bozo did but I'm thinking since he was the one that wanted ICA to have a competance evaluation that is why he was moved down to lowest of the defense.  Simms was moved down to just above Finnel.

I have faith in the state that they know what they are doing and what they are going to bring in for rebuttel.  Also, I remember 31 days and no reporting of her daughter missing, partying, stealing, getting a tattoo with the meaning of beautiful life. 

I am staying sane by not watching on t.v. except for an hour or so this morning.  I may watch tomorrow morning for a little while to see who is going to be up.  Mostly I have just been reading here.

That was my theory, scoop up the sand in the sandbox (not to be gross, but it's like kitty litter.....my entire yard is sand and everything and I mean EVERYTHING can be picked up once it sticks together)....then she could have just tossed it in the bag or heck, even over the fence for that matter to scatter it.
