There are two major mental health issues which can affect a criminal trial -- one is insanity, the other is incompetence.

Incompetence is the legal term which describes a person who is unable to be tried due to mental health issues. The reason the law provides that a person has to be incompetent to be tried, is the test for determining incompetency is "whether the defendant has sufficient present ability to consult with counsel with a reasonable degree of rational understanding and whether the defendant has a rational, as well as factual, understanding of the pending proceedings."

Rob Dick just said Hoover approached him and LP about the tape, and that he was way off in the brush, in the SAME place Kronk was in Aug.  Rob drank Lennie's koolaid now. 

LP told Hoover not to sell the tape to FOX for $50K but to sell it to Jim L for $200k

This is what Ive been trying to say which has nothing to do with LP.  If everyone recalls, Hoover stated that DC went to meet with Bozo & at that time DC he was stunned that he was being told Caylee was dead, FWIW.  DC said that he was not sent to the woods by George or Cindy so simple deduction means in some manner it had to have come from Casey.

Rob, with Padillo, asks Vinnie....HOW can Kronk, Hoover and Dominic all be looking in the same exact wrong spot - East of where the remains were found.

Rob also points out that the photos marked in today's testimony "proves" they were not looking were the remains were found.

The acoustics are terrible in that courtroom.

I think Dominic's selective hearing/not hearing is a ploy to throw Mr. George off-balance in his questioning of Dominic.

Remember his refusing to be deposed and hiring of an attorney?  He fought hard for a "reason".

So, if Dominic wants to play those games, I guess Mr. George decided to play games back and asked Dominic questions out of sequence and made Dominic sound real dumb (and that his because Dominic is not telling the truth....and "why" "who" is the reason that Dominic specifically said "Teddy" today).

Also, in the end, if I understood him correctly, Dominic did NOT say he was in the woods looking for Caylee where the remains were found...he said he was walking in the middle of the street in that area.

If Baez tries to tell the jurors that Kronk had the body hidden because the body was NOT in this woods, that will be a lie on the attorney's part and the prosecution will skewer him in their closing argument!

We shall only hope that the prosecution nails down the truth!!!!

He's carrying a juvenile grudge that Sgt Allen put him in a patrol car to talk to him at JBP (Jay Blanchard Park).   He needs to get over it and stop it with his crap...Ive been so flippin ticked at him for well over a year and a half I cant even go there or I might just end up having trouble breathing (COPD)

looking at the aerial shot of the woods where her body is found, it is really amazing that anyone found her body.  Even having directions from a psychic (yeah, wink wink) they still couldn't find her.  Whether Kronk found it by accident or was told (I don't care which it was b/c we probably won't ever have the whole story) it was amazing that it was found. 

As for Kronk, I haven't heard anything that makes me more suspicious of him than i am of any of the other people around this wacked family.  so far I haven't heard he carried a "bat" phone.

Bobo said in opening Kronk had control of Caylee's remains for several months until he needed money.  Can not wait to see where he goes with that tomorrow.
