Caylee Marie Anthony MURDER TRIAL- DAY 30- 6/28/11

Good afternoon all.  I spent the morning doing genealogy research at the libray so now I am on page 5...hope I get caught up by the end of the luch recess.

But so far,  I DO NOT BELIEVE GEORGE ANTHONY.  He said "that is funny"...obnoxious and disgusting.   What, he thinks he can do so much better?  He thinks he has any right to demean or laugh at another human being when he has his own family mess.    And I do beleive he took money from her which makes his laughing even worse.  

Now, I am putting him with Cindy...

I don't believe he is telling the truth about the money, but he might be about the affair. I even found the money suspicious because she kept giving different amounts raising it each time. Maybe he borrowed $10.00 and now it has become thousands.

Btw, is the defense going to call Geo back, again? How come he didn't ask him about molesting KC? Did he ask him that already and I missed it? Isn't the defense supposed to prove all that? Didn't they promise they would show that he did and turned KC into a liar because of it? Also, about Kronk being morally bankrupt, guess this is there opportunity right now! 

Not that I heard yet.  I think they are afraid to ask him that question or saving it for very last.

George was asked when state had him up the first time. He denied Caylee drowned  and that he molested Casey. They have never brought it up to Lee yet.

The defense train is going over the cliff  

The wheels fell off that train a long time ago. It started with the opening statement. I am sure the jury is waiting to hear how he got the body from George and saved it all that time for reward for a LIVE child. Was he going to tell those bones to come back to life?

Funny how the defense tries to connect George to a convicted kidnapper, but so far I don't see any suggestion that they can tie him to Kronk.

I don't believe that Kronk had anything with the happening encompassing the disposal of Caylee's remains but ... I am on the fence in regard to what led him in August to the exact location that Dominic Casey searched in August ... an exact location that was a distance from the location where Caylee's remains were discovered in December.

Could it be that the same source that sent Roy Kronk to the approximate location in August sent Dominic Casey in November to check again.

I wish investigators had subpeonaed Roy Kronk's cell records/computer hard drive August through December, 2008.  Yesterday on the stand ... Yuri Melich affirmed that this was not done.

Something akin to the cross-examination of Dominic Casey ... I hope that the prosecutor asked Roy Kronk outright if the Anthonys had directed him in August to where they had learned may be the location of their granddaughter's remains.

He thinks it's funny because he knows he has no balls, Cindy has them.  He knows he only wanted RC for the money she was giving him....

And that is why I beleive GA told River/Krystal that he had gotten physical with KC.  He was actually retelling the fight between KC and Cindy and wanted to "look big", he has to be miserable knowing Cindy has him cowtowed.
