Btw, is the defense going to call Geo back, again? How come he didn't ask him about molesting KC? Did he ask him that already and I missed it? Isn't the defense supposed to prove all that? Didn't they promise they would show that he did and turned KC into a liar because of it? Also, about Kronk being morally bankrupt, guess this is there opportunity right now!

George was asked when state had him up the first time. He denied Caylee drowned  and that he molested Casey. They have never brought it up to Lee yet.

Exactly!  The defence has never confronted either George or Lee regarding the opening statement allegations.

The prosecutor called George to the stand immediately following the opening statements and confronted him regarding Baez' sexually abuse allegations.  George denied.  However .. the prosecution has never confront Lee Anthony.

Kronk can be the most money grabbing human on earth........ so what? The only thing that matters is that he found Caylee and that he had nothing to do with her murder. That's what this trial is about: the murder of Caylee!

I agree. I don't think the jury's gonna believe this guy stole Caylee's body or any of that nonsense.

I don't think he threw her under the bus she has jumped in front of the bus driven by Casey.

I am just not entirely sure that this is not still inline with the defense strategy.  

It is going to be interesting to see how plays out, Cindy's lies has forced the prosecution to switch up the rebuttal I reckon.

ITA Blink..the defense wants the A family to look like liars and dysfunctional..but that puts the jury in a place I wouldn't want them to be in if I were the defense..it makes the jury discount all their testimony..all of it..the good, the bad and the ugly..which may leave the door open to the sexual abuse issue ..but certainly not to the issue of GA helping Casey hide the body and cover-up the drowning of Caylee..it just makes the whole family look crazy..and unless they put their star witness, Miss Casey, on the stand they just appear to be badgering the other members of her family.  And I think that line of thought is getting old to the jury.

So they definitely have given up on waltzing her out in their arms..the best they can hope for now is LWOP..thinking the screwy family somehow excuses all this mayhem of theirs.

I don't believe that Kronk had anything to do with the happenings encompassing the disposal of Caylee's remains but ... I am on the fence in regard to what led him in August to the exact location that Dominic Casey searched in November ... the exact location that was a short distance from the location where Caylee's remains were eventually discovered in December.

Could it be that the same source that sent Roy Kronk to the approximate location in August sent Dominic Casey in November to check again?

I wish investigators had subpeonaed Roy Kronk's cell records/computer hard drive August through December, 2008.  Yesterday on the stand ... Yuri Melich affirmed that this was not done.

Something akin to the cross-examination of Dominic Casey ... I hope that the prosecutor asked Roy Kronk outright if the Anthonys had directed him in August to where they had learned may be the location of their granddaughter's remains.

I have a very big feeling I know why they aren't asking Lee.

My brother is 3 years older than me. When we were younger, I vaguely remember him showing me his dangly and I was intrigued. There was NEVER anything inappropriate between me and my brother but before the birds and the bees I couldn't fathom why my brother had a dangly and I didn't. I asked him a couple times to show me the dangly thing. I think at one point I flicked it. It's a blurry memory but I still remember it to this day. The ugly little dangly my brother had... that I didn't.

I'm guessing that happens all over the world to a lot of siblings. The curiosity is nothing sexual, but you take a sociopath like Casey and it might turn into that. Now all Lee has to say on the stand is that at one time he saw Casey's boobs or she asked about HIS dangly and BOOM! There's reasonable doubt. Lee molested Casey and if HE did then his father did too etc...

The more I think about it, I believe Cindy is the dirty little secret of the Anthony family.  She is the evil one, the one who lives in denial, not just now, but always.  She created the way Casey is. Yes, Casey is more evil than Cindy in that she took Caylee's life, but it was to destroy Cindy, the main evil doer, imo.  I do hope that some form of felony charges are brought up against Cindy, she's found guilty and we will never see a book by the evil biotch. I hope George and Lee leave her as soon as Casey is found guilty.  It will be the only chance they will ever have towards some sort of normalcy.  jmo

They claim they'll be done by Thursday. I bet the rest of the day today will be Kronk. If Casey takes the stand after him, she'll be the last defense witness which will last at least a whole day. I have a feeling we're winding down though. No way they're going to ask River Cruz up there

I found Kronk very believable and very accurate on the stand.

Considering he was a witness called by the defense, on whom they were blaming the disposal of Caylee's little body, they didn't make any real headway with him.

Mason looked like a ridiculous old fool who did not know the facts surrounding Kronk..and even though we know he did know them..he continued with his bullying to the point of near belligerence.  Kronk did not cave..and he was truthful..two important things the jury took from that exchange.

Mason never did make a point of when Kronk found the body, where he kept it hidden or why he left it lay in the woods all those months between August and December.  He would have to tie in all of that to make the jury believe the defense theory on what Kronk did with the body.

This morning ... Cindy denies sending Dominic to the woods to search for Caylee but ... Lee testifies that his mother shared with him that she did and ... Yuri Melich has documentation that implies she did.

The defence's strategy is being furthered ... the defence's strategy to provide conflicting testimony to create confusion ... conflicting testimony to create reasonable doubt in jury deliberations ... conflicting testimony that has nothing to do with the State's case against Casey Anthony.

he told the truth and that is an exception to the norm with this family....I do not think he was protecting anyone other than himself.  And anyone that would throw CA under the bus gets a high 5 from me!! 

I don't think he was trying to protect Casey, either.  He loves his sister, sure.. but I don't think he would lie and throw Cindy under the bus. She's more likely to lie, IMO

Good God, Lee is such a NINNY.  He cries more over not being "included" then he does his dead niece.  I don't believe the theory about George, however him and his twisted sister making whoopey wouldn't surprise me.  He is weird and has inappropriate reactions.  He is as narcissistic as she is!  All the Anthony's are liars in my book.  I believe that we are seeing KC's mentors.  They are all lying, which was agreed upon, to create reasonable doubt.  IMO all these answers were orchestrated to make it appear like the aren't helping her "TOO MUCH"!  Lee makes me want to wretch!  JMO
