This morning ... Cindy denies sending Dominic to the woods to search for Caylee but ... Lee testifies that his mother shared with him that she did and ... Yuri Melich has documentation that implies she did.

The defence's strategy is being furthered ... the defence's strategy to provide conflicting testimony to create confusion ... conflicting testimony to create reasonable doubt in jury deliberations ... conflicting testimony that has nothing to do with the State's case against Casey Anthony.  IMO

The defense couldn't care less about this jury! They are wasting everyone's time. These calls are going to prove nothing towards their defense strategy. It's ridiculous we have to sit through this...and I bet the jury will agree when it's all said and done.

If I were on this jury I would really be suspicious now of the defense's actions. Here they give this big whiz bang opening statement, my jaw drops. Then as the "bad" people in poor Casey's life come to the stand and I would be waiting in anticipation for the ultimate questions. But they never come. NEVER. Now I would be thinking that the defense was just blowing smoke up my azz and is now wasting time. How can you make such grand accusations and never questions the witness about them?  She's cooked.

What is upsetting is if Kronk's insistence was handling right by that officer, there may have been more obtained in the way of evidence from Caylee's remains & items found with her possibly

Since I've seen no responses yet, I'll answer my own question: just heard on InSessions that George was on the stand and testified that he did not have an affair with Miss River Cruz.

I can hardly think of anybody the defense has called that they have treated with respect.  Only a few exceptions (scientists called who bought drank the defense's koolaid), but nobody else.  The rest they've treated like scum.
