If I were on this jury I would really be suspicious now of the defense's actions. Here they give this big whiz bang opening statement, my jaw drops. Then as the "bad" people in poor Casey's life come to the stand and I would be waiting in anticipation for the ultimate questions. But they never come. NEVER. Now I would be thinking that the defense was just blowing smoke up my azz and is now wasting time. How can you make such grand accusations and never questions the witness about them?  She's cooked.

Mumbles is so rude, I am so impressed with Mr Kronk's composure, his polite yes and no sir. If I was Mr Kronk I would jump over the railing and punch the "senior citizen" even if it is a felony.

I am afraid I would end up incarcerated as well...

I hope Cindy sees that photo of her lookig at Lee.  She is pure evil and she has to see who and what she is.

I have two adult sons, 30 and 21.  I do not beleive for one minute I could ever put them in such a horrendous position and I KNOW I could never look at them like Cindy is looking at Lee.

But in reality, Lee does not need her.  There comes a time when you stop trying to please toxic people.   I am wondering if the pain he feels from Cindy is the emotional link he and KC share.  Maybe he hurts so much he ASSUMES KC hurts just as he as a result of Cindy's treatment. 

I am sick of Mason, can he please see how he looks to everyone?

Since I've seen no responses yet, I'll answer my own question: just heard on InSessions that George was on the stand and testified that he did not have an affair with Miss River Cruz.

Once the tape was removed, the mandible did come loose.  Spitz broke Caylee's skull when he cut it open. All to try to make a point of shoddy autopsy by Dr. G.

Mason and Jose like to use loaded questions???  A loaded question is a question which contains a controversial assumption such as a presumption of guilt. 
Such questions are used rhetorically, so that the question limits direct replies to be those that serve the questioner's agenda.  It is like the question "Have you stopped beating your wife?" Whether the respondent answers yes or no, he will admit to having a wife, and having beaten her at some time in the past. Mason and Jose do it to  harass or upset the respondent with no intention of listening to their reply, or asked with the full expectation that the respondent will predictably deny it.  The best way for the witness to answer would be not to answer the question, but to challenge the reason behind the questions and thats what I saw George doing..A good response to the question "Do you still beat your wife?" would be "I have never beaten my wife".

terryd....so well said....I have been mulling the question to GA about....when you were having the affair, did you say that the death was an accident....(not verbatim) and realize that the
defense has used these questions so often they must go to school to learn how to do this.
It's only fair when you ask one question at a time.....thanks for putting this out.

Seeing as how a person can seemingly innocently come across a body, and somehow find themselves in the middle of a huge controversy/conspiracy, yeah..  I think I'd freak if that ever happened to me. I hope it never does!
