Bill Sheaffer: Yes, the prosecution not only can call new witnesses, they added two new witnesses today. Both are related to Cindy's former employer. They have also saved some items of evidence too. The rebuttal case could be more interesting than the original case!

I still don't think there was, only for an alive Caylee. Mark NeJame, out of the goodness of his heart, and after meeting with and checking Kronk out.....gave Kronk the reward.  At least that is how I understand the reward situation.

WOW...today is a fantastic day for Caylee.  My adrenaline has been pumping since court started this morning.   Justice IS coming Caylee!!   

Yes, indeedy it is.   If the jury hasnt figured out that the defense was totally disingenuous with their opening & cannot back up their client's allegations, Id be at a loss of words...its so obvious.

I have some love going on for Kronk right now.  This is TOTALLY not how I thought this would be going!! 

I love Kronk's testimony. He is believable and articulate in his words. He is behaving as a gentleman. I'm impressed with how he's holding up. Seems to me he's owning Mason.

Totally---and the many descriptions he gives of the condition of the area at different times are just priceless information for the jury.

Cut me a huge piece of humble pie.  I have done a flip flop.

Considering Roy Kronk's revealed conversations with fellow employees regarding the area where Caylee's remains were ultimately found ... I no long believe there is anything hinky about the August reports to LE.

Kronk appears to have the truth on his side as he testifies.  Mason cannot trip him up.  Mason cannot intimidate him.

Again the defence team has furthered the State's case against Casey Anthony with their own witness.

WHAT part of the phone call NEVER happened

Kronk called his son on Dec 11th, he called his son to tell him he'd see him for the first time since he was 8 years old!!!!!

Boy!  That one I didn't know.

Calling Dec. 11 makes sense.

Mason did try hard to trip up Kronk, but thankfully Kronk was read for Mason and has not been shy about calling out what Mason is doing and how he's twisting Kronk's words.

I'm sure the jury is fed up with Mason at this point.

Oh....and the prosectution hasn't even cross-examined yet.   More will come out then.

Bill Schaefer said a few minutes ago that the 9-1-1 calls helped KRONK tremendously.

I think the Prosecution might have stopped this badgering the witness had he not been doing so well.  Makes Mason look terrible.
