I still don't think there was, only for an alive Caylee. Mark NeJame, out of the goodness of his heart, and after meeting with and checking Kronk out.....gave Kronk the reward.  At least that is how I understand the reward situation.

Bill Sheaffer: Yes, the prosecution not only can call new witnesses, they added two new witnesses today. Both are related to Cindy's former employer. They have also saved some items of evidence too. The rebuttal case could be more interesting than the original case!

Yes!  That's what I thought!!  The rebuttal is a "case".....NOT....a response to only what the defense questioned.

The rebuttal case is going to be fast and furious: witness after witness, up and down from the witness stand, more evidence, and IMPEACHMENT of numerous things said during various testimonies.

I think the Prosecution might have stopped this badgering the witness had he not been doing so well.  Makes Mason look terrible.

Yes! And I also considered they are liking how bad it's making the DT look! That jury specialist on HLN said something (I think last week) about how the jury does take this stuff out on the DT. So, maybe they're counting on it! Looks bad on DT for sure!

Attacking Roy Kronk will be the cornerstone of the defense's case. His story is a truthful one. They will attack him every which way possible. I think he will survive. I gave him 5k because I believe he found Caylee honestly. Still do.

So far, that HUGE piece of the defense's story that relies on Kronk stealing Caylee's body, keeping it for months, applying duct tape to the skull and then dumping it in the swamp for a bunch of money, is melting before their eyes. This guy just does not fit the bill. Had they accused Hoover of it, it would have been more believable.

WOW...today is a fantastic day for Caylee.  My adrenaline has been pumping since court started this morning.   Justice IS coming Caylee!!   

ITA ..I am finding it hard to sit at the desk  and watch..I am antsy here..because this is paramount testimony to disproving the defense theory on Kronk stealing away Caylee's body and all that entails.  This leaves a huge hole in the defense theory.

And Mason knows that he is going downhill with this witness..there is no way out now for him..take a break..get yur head togather..it'll be the same when you return Mason..Kronk ain't gonna take this crap and innuendo off of you and your pitiful defense team and client.

I think the defense got so used to the A's liesand embellishments they figured they could make everyone do the same..lol..they never made any of the A's lie or embellish, they do that naturally as breathing.  And they'll stick a fork in yur eye and go on about their business if they feel like doing just that.

The truth and the defense are not bedfellows.
