Just making an observation: I think most of the stuff Dt is asking is based on media reports! Is that the homework they've done for 3 years?

Vinne Politan just did a great visual video of the map which marks where Caylee's remains were found & where DC & JH searched...the pictures make it look closer than it is & its  a rather brisk walk away from each other - no way would DC & JH have found her where they were

I wish the jury could see that..I thought that point may need to be made very clear to the jury..that they were on the same street..but no where near where Caylee was found.  I am not sure the prosecution made that as perfectly clear as they could have yesterday..but maybe there is a field trip scheduled for rebuttal or a video walk through.

I agree... They need to see the House of Evil and then take the short walk to where poor sweet Caylee was thrown away like trash!!  They need to see just how "close it was to home".

Attacking Roy Kronk will be the cornerstone of the defense's case. His story is a truthful one. They will attack him every which way possible. I think he will survive. I gave him 5k because I believe he found Caylee honestly. Still do.

   Love that man.

he is turning out to be a darn good evaluator of character.  he got himself away from Cindy.  i think kronk is being honest. he has reasonable explanations for his answers and they aren't rotten pizza and inaccurate time cards.

I think the Prosecution might have stopped this badgering the witness had he not been doing so well.  Makes Mason look terrible.

 

I TRY to feel for Mason hes old and has health problems. BUT HE KNOWS BETTER and he has MESSED up alot! wheres his heart!?

He gets no sympathy from me...old yes, medical problems....have not seen any confirmation of that....he said he was joining JB and was going to have fun...I wonder if he is having fun yet!!  He is a has been.....he should have retired after his last fiasco....he has no heart..
