this nit picking about every little detail is going to drive me crazy.  they said this guy stole her body and hid her remains! he has been on the stand hours now and all they have is issues with the way he touched and then reported touching the trashbag.  UGH!

I hate when people say "Honestly I don't remember that" or "To tell you the truth", I always think so I shouldn't believe anything until you tell me its the truth.. I know everyone does it but its just something that sets a red flag when someone tries to make a point with saying
