I hate when people say "Honestly I don't remember that" or "To tell you the truth", I always think so I shouldn't believe anything until you tell me its the truth.. I know everyone does it but its just something that sets a red flag when someone tries to make a point with saying
Let me tell you the truth, etc..

when i hear other people say it I always pause too but i say it all the time and honestly i'm a very truthful person.

what you aren't convinced he stole a drowned child from george and hid her till she skelentonized and then "discovered" her.  Don't forget he had casey hot on his trail checking bars for her missing daughter during this period.

Bill Schaefer said a few minutes ago that the 9-1-1 calls helped KRONK tremendously.

I think the Prosecution might have stopped this badgering the witness had he not been doing so well.  Makes Mason look terrible.

 

I TRY to feel for Mason hes old and has health problems. BUT HE KNOWS BETTER and he has MESSED up alot! wheres his heart!?

This is the reason that Mason should be reevaluating his life values in regards to protecting evil in an attempt to prevence justice from prevailing for the innocent.

Hello Monkeys--- Great day for justice, IMO.

I do believe that Jubilation T. Cornpone is getting a bit frusssshhhhtrated by Mr. Kronk.  Kronk is doing a great job.  I think that's what happens when you have the truth behind you. 

I agree with those who are of the opinion that Mr. Cornpone is 'way past his prime, if he actually ever had a prime. 

JSM, I think he wears a toupee too. It's a fairly good one, but a toupee nonetheless.

Cross examination can ask him leading questions asking if he was nervous about reporting that he had moved the skull with his meter stick, and that's why he said he inadvertantly kicked the bag and the skull rolled out. I believe this is why he said what he did at the time. He must have terrified he'd get fired as a county employee for touching or moving, even just a little bit, the skull.
