Has anyone deciphered what was happening/being said that brought on this HONESTY from her... I really believe this is the first HONEST, UNSCRIPTED EMOTION  we have seen from her.....

this was friday after cindy testified and sidebar- casey was looking at the transcripts then was looking at mason pointing to something on the other computer and said "DID YOU SEE IT" mad at bozo

If I'm not mistaken, Jesse has said that KC told him Lee molested her. I do not believe that, although I believe that KC told him that lie. However, I'm sure the defense will bring it out.

*If* they can get it out. It's not allowed, really. It's hearsay. On another note, if Jesse cried, I wouldn't laugh like I did with Lee. I think he really loved Caylee.

admission by the party opponent (casey) should be admitted as an exception to the hearsay rule. Now someone may object on some other basis but I don't think what casey told him will be kept out due to a hearsay objection.

I now sooo get and appreciate why the prosecution didn't call Kronk or Jesse during their case. That prevented the defense from asking leading questions on cross, which they would have been allowed to do. Now, the prosecution gets to aske the leading questions, since they are the ones doing the cross examination.   

Agree...makes it so much more "satisfying" to hear the prosecution get the truth out!

what is it that jesse said she told him?  That she was or was not molested?  I would imagine that the defense would call him and ask if Casey ever told him she had been molested by lee or her brother.  now the thing about doing that would be a possible re-direct and opening the door to questions regarding her credibility.

They cannot ask him what Casey told him. It's hearsay. That is why Tony L couldn't testify to it.
