That's true. But since he's on direct, they cannot ask him leading questions: therefore, how will they get him to say it? It's possible: but I pray he doesn't!
what is it that jesse said she told him?  That she was or was not molested?  I would imagine that the defense would call him and ask if Casey ever told him she had been molested by lee or her brother.  now the thing about doing that would be a possible re-direct and opening the door to questions regarding her credibility.
she told Jesse that Lee tried to feel her up one time. thats it.
Jesse went to LE because he heard cindy was going to try to pin it on him. he took a poly and passed. cant wait to capture her face when hes on the stand. shell be primpin, bet she cries too!

Me too but I think after today, he has been redeemed, he did very well and once again, the defense brought in a witness to help build the state's case.
