I guess they figured wouldn't have time today, so someone released him without telling Bozo. But they are reviewing his depo I think to see if he can be used.

Casey has been pleasant & smiling without hesitation...no problems he's seen -so what?!

That seems like testimony for mitigation during penalty phase..not during the guilt phase...all sociopaths know how to get along..they just get awfully crazy when they have had enough of someone and don't feel like playing the nice person anylonger..lordy we've seen Cindy do that on the stand.

IF Baez gets Jesse on the stand, I can see him getting frustrated with getting Jessee to say what Baez wants him to say and messing up so that the prosecution's Mack truck can drive through and deliver what Tony Lazzaro proffered.
