Bill S says it's difficult to prove perjury.  They can say 'Well, I believed it to be true.'  He doesn't think perjury charges would be brought against the A's.

I've heard others say that as well.  That's okay, as long as the jury knows they can't take anything these liars say as truth.  Cindy's last 911 call was the only truthful statement she has made during this entire situation.

How sad is it that little Caylee has no real family to speak for her in this trial? The reason there was so much emotion in the Laci Peterson case is because her mom, Sharon, was there every single day speaking out for her. That's another reason for Scott Peterson's death penalty conviction! Because of her heartbreaking victim impact speech. Who is going to speak out for Caylee? Her dad is a complete mystery, her mom murdered her, and her grandparents are covering for her killer?

*At least she has many prayers from all of us everyday to know she captivated the world. She's looking after herself and will NOT let her mother get away with this! Even if her family sucks!

Morning monks.  AAARRRGGG can't watch live this morning so far as I will be traveling.  Not having any luck streaming with WIFI.  Glad I can read here.  I was VERY critical of JJ and even sent Mark NeJame info on his postings here.  I think maybe he  was just trying to trip Bozo up in the long run, but he said the area was not under water.  He posted here how he wasn't surprised Caylee wasn't found because that area was such a mess.

It does not matter how many people were searching the area was under water. Nobody searched the exact location where Caylee was found because of the water.

Next thing you know, the defense will be accusing Joe Jordan of drowning Caylee!  Mason is too aggressive and combative for a relatively minor player in this case.  I absolutely despise his arrogance.
