Thing is, if she testifies, and as the judge said, it is only her decision to make, then if she gets the death penalty can she really go back and file an appeal based on that decision?

In other words, let's say that her atty's tell her they strongly advise against testifying.. but it's not their decision.. so she can't say anything about ineffective counsel.

No doubt in my mind that the little tramp will take the stand.  She just HAS to.  We all need some comic relief in this awful tragedy.

  Damn.. my son was in jail and he is off the wall CRAZY.. I know Gaurds who work there and said how nice and polite he was.. he was on Suicide watch too.. He was there for 7 days.. Released on his own recognize...Got out.. and he is still the same azzhole he was.. These NUTTY people can put on a damn show when they want to. He got out.. still in trouble. Dont live with me.. thank GOD.. His ass is on his way back.. THATS what will save him. I love my kid.. and would rather see him in jail OR a nuthouse then dead.. but hes 21.. nothing I can do to him... and I am TRYING my best to wash my hands of it all cuz its driving me insane...   He was allowed out for an hour like Casey.. to shower and make a phone call.. thats about it. imo.. tHEY MADE THEIR DAMN bEDS.. Now they can sleep in the Mother f'n things.  

I had a foster child the same way. People thought we were nuts when we would tell them to put up their purses, or not leave a watch or anything around when she was there. Some thought we were really mean but she would impress the hell out of people for a short period of time and then her true self would come out and she would lie, steal, anything she could to get what she wanted. She had a boyfriend she was living with who actually called me and begged me to let him bring her back. I told him no and then he called my husband and begged him.

She stole $ 9,000.00 from us and then lied and tried to blame it on everyone else who had been in our home. It was all in old silver coins I had inherited and we later found that she had cased them in at a coin exchanger because the grocery store where we trade had the video. She only received about $400+ dollars but each coin was worth over $5.00 each. By the time we got the video the coin company had collected the coins. When we confronted her with a copy of the video, she even tried to lie and say she did it for someone else. It was always one lie after another. That was the last straw in this house.

 I feel for you. honestly.  My kid is a great liar like Casey.. Joran Vandersloot and SO are his flippin paternal Granparents..  THEY.. VanderSloots and the Anthonys could be the perfect calender for messed up familys. ANd my ex in laws.. My sons dad died 3 yrs ago.. He wanted to be with his gram and pap and take care of them.. Oh.. he takes care of them alright. Never seen such DUMB people in my life. I have even called the damn cops on him myself while hes been there. Hes a druggy.. I have one GREAT kid.. married .. and a Grandaughter.. My daughter is awesome and I do NOT know where the hell I got my son from.. Its like some alien dropped him off.. NOT TO BE RUDE.   HUGS

The grief counselor is going to speak about woman who "lose" their children, not women who murder their children out of spite and inconvenience.

It's ridiculous, and I don't understand how it can be relevant when she doesn't have any facts on the case!

If this is allowed the state should be able to present something just as irrelevant.

Throwing anything out there to see if any of it will stick...but nothing even gets to the wall. If this gets to the jury's ears, we may see twitters about jurors smirking again.

My daughter drowned in the pool by accident, my father blamed me and said my mother will never forgive me and I'll go to jail for the rest of my frickin life, so I stuck my dead daughter in my trunk and while she decomposed I went out with my boyfriend and partied and maintained my fake job. Then my father tried to hide my daughter's body to maintain how decent we need to look to society because our family has such a large social circle of course, even though you don't see any around us now...but my parents are crazy like that, we can't have people thinking we let Caylee drown in the pool, this is why we have all these pictures and videos of how careful we were the day we filmed her in the pool...people will think we're nuts!!!
