We havent gone to dinner with the defense or bought their bull, JVM, Jinkasaurus, Aprodhite & Sunny Hosten are gullible drama mamas....they've lost all sight of what this case is about, CAYLEE being murdered.   The witnesses in this case are not on trial, Casey Marie Anthony is.  They dont deal with reality, they live within ratings & frankly Ive had my fill of witnessing talkheads being dishonest to the public.

I like seeing the guard behind ICA for what ever reason it is. With her getting so upset at time, the other people at the table are safer, hopefully.  Also, with all of us wondering what ICA does with her hands under the table, whether it is writing, reading, maybe texting, etc., the guard has a clear vision of her movements.  I also noticed that a lot of the 'showing' ICA texts or pictures on cell phones seemed to have stopped or really slowed down, along with her activity under the table too.

If having a guard so close makes her uneasy...too bad.

As for ICA clothes, several news stations have shown clips of a 'loan closet' at  court houses.  Nice clothes were hanging where the lawyers could pick out an outfit just before court each day.  I would assume that ICA attorney's or one of their clerks is picking out the outfit of the day.  That is probably why the clothes are too large for ICA some times.  What ever size, color, style of clothes is on the rack is what ICA gets. 

I hope she turns the clothes back in good shape like she has gotten them.  The clothes shown were name brands, clean, ironed. I hope no holes were chewed in the cuffs, sleeves were not stretched out, and the the waists were not stretched way out....other inmates need to use them too....but I think otherwise!

But as for turning her clothes back in, good shape or not, I think that they should be burned.  Don't you know how hard it is to get rid of the smell of pure evil?  I hear it's even harder than that pesky human decomp smell.

Let me see.....bozo found someone to say that renting DVDs the same day your child drowns, staying in bed with your BF the next day ,partying, getting a tattoo and lying about where your daughter was is a "normal" reaction.  This is how "many" people grieve.   Alrighty then.

She smiles because she can stay in her own world 23 hrs a day and she doesn't have to work. She has meals brought to her so she is not cooking as if she ever did. She gets "fan mail" , proposals and money put in her account to buy her snacks, makeup, etc. Yes...she is happy!

Nooooooooo..she is so pleasant in jail because she is away from her molesting father.  That is the point he is trying to make.

No the point he was trying to make is that a normal person would not be pleasant and always happy facing what Casey is this is why she was pleasant and partying when Caylee died she lived in her own fake made up world after being molested by dad this is how she deals with stress.. Did not work though!

And that she wants to testify against their advice.

Sorry for the long quote stack, too tired to trim. However, I did not sleep at a Holiday Inn Express last night, and I've never been locked up in jail. However, I did do a year's internship at one of the county lockups. So, I KNOW why Krzy is so "happy and a good prisoner". Simply put, the less trouble one is, the more cheerful and amendable and cooperative one is, the more privileges one gets. The ultimate goal of a long term prisoner is to get to "trustee" status...trustees get to wear different colored clothes, they get to have jobs in the prison, they have more chances to be out of their cell and do more things. For a psycho like Casey, all that freedom would be dangerous (I'll check with my Child Support friends in Florida about a year after they send her to the pokey, to see if Florida is paying for a new citizen, if you get my drift).

Also, Casey is happy to be in jail WHERE SHE CAN'T HEAR HER MOTHER'S VOICE!!!!

My family has a very resigned attitude about this whole thing, however, if a mistrial were to occur , a divorce would occur as well...

The grief counselor is going to speak about woman who "lose" their children, not women who murder their children out of spite and inconvenience.

It's ridiculous, and I don't understand how it can be relevant when she doesn't have any facts on the case!

If this is allowed the state should be able to present something just as irrelevant.

Considering the questions in cross-examine requires a "yes" or "no" answer ... we will know the answer even if Casey pleads the 5th and ... most importantly so will the jury.
