Hi all.  Haven't posted much as I always seem to be so behind and constantly trying to catch up!

Anyway, I just have to say I was SOOO bugged today about something.  Mr. Kronk was describing how he turned the skull by sticking his stick in the right eye-socket and gently turning it.  I cannot get out of my mind the fact that KC didn't have ONE iota of reaction to that phrase.  Just as a human being, just picturing this just made me shudder.  Just sick to see the things she has NO emotional reaction to vs. the things she CHOOSES to have an emotional reaction to.

Not a single reaction. She's unfeeling.

The jury picture is a fake.  I went to June 2, 2011 and Brandi posted a picture of Judge Perry's court room.  The walls are a different color.  Judge Perry's walls are wood bottoms with a tan/off white top above the chair rail and there is more room for the jurors.   The picture shown is all wood paneling and very cramped quarters.  All fake.

Could the reason be that Cindy on the stand saying that she did not have PI's check the woods - the Lee completely contriadict - was just to "show" the jury the dysfunction in the family?  Lee couldn't believe they were looking for a "deceased" Caylee, his parents hadn't told him, he was upset and felt left out.

She also thinks Kronk's testimony helped the defense & that Kronk moving the bag at all gives them room to argue that he altered the remains....tainted Koolaid

She's lost her mind, I think amongst other things, it showed Cindy is a liar and that Lee isn't willing to give up his life for his worthless sister and that Cindy possibly knew where Caylee's lil body was and obviously the family didn't think this was news they could trust Lee with because maybe he's not a good liar like they are, so he was left out of the loop again, same as when she was pregnant.

As for Kronk, I wanna thank Mason for clearing up all those calls for me because once I heard them laid out like that, it made much more sense to me. People saying Kronk still hiding something, the only thing I think he's not willing to admit is he was adamant to find Caylee, same as I'd be if I was there and didn't want to admit to his employer that he was in the woods doing that on company time as when told by police to call Caylee hotline, he said he didn't want to do that because he worked for the county. They proved that he wanted to remain anonymous from the get go.

Jesse Grund Says Casey Anthony Wanted to Keep Caylee From Brother
A former fiance of Casey Anthony testified today that the Florida woman's brother once groped her while she slept and that she wanted to keep her daughter Caylee away from him.

Jesse Grund testified at Casey Anthony's murder trial without jurors in the room. Judge Belvin Perry will decide Wednesday whether the testimony is admissible.

If his testimony is allowed, it could help the defense's claims that Casey Anthony suffered sexual abuse at the hands of her brother and father. Casey Anthony, 25, is accused of murderinig daughter Caylee and could face the death penalty if convicted.

Her father, George Anthony, has denied the abuse accusations. Lee Anthony has never been asked directly by the prosecution or defense if he abused his sister.

Another former boyfriend of Casey Anthony, Tony Lazzaro, previously testified that the Florida woman said her father was physically abusive and that Lee Anthony had tried to "feel her up" but didn't succeed.

does anyone have a theory on why casey didn't throw cindy under the bus more.  Cindy has so far proven, i think, to be the least credible on the stand and open to something negative casey would say. i guess sexual abuse by women happens but maybe this claim was too far fetched even for the defense to try.  who knows, maybe that is why Casey seemingly wants to testify so much.  maybe she wants to say what she wants to about cindy on the stand in front of the world.

Credibility.
If they can prove George lied about the affair, then anything he says is questionable, including his denial of molestation. It only takes 1 juror to question Casey actions. I believe Caylee died at the hands of Casey. Casey hates everybody. Casey uses everybody. She's dangerous in the fact that she's used sex & friendships just for a place to crash. I believe she drugged Amy. I feel terrible for the whole Grund family, especially Jesse. She steals wherever she goes. She feels absolutely no guilt for her actions. She needs to be put down or lwop IMO.

I don't know if this has been brought up before but: If the defense says Kronk put the duct tape on the skull, how come the duct tape was in such a sorry state? How would it have kept the  mandible in place with no stickiness? Did he go looking for duct tape that was all weathered with no backing? And why bother with duct tape at all? The rest of the skeleton was strewn around so what difference would it have made if the mandible wasn't attached? GMAB!
The only reason the duct tape stayed on was because of Caylee's hair, that was matted and stuck to it that way, after being on her head which turned into her skull after being out in the swamp for nearly 6 months.
