Wonder if that meltdown by kc was reason for psych evals.  This occurred on Friday before evals didn't it?  In video it looks like her anger is aimed at Linda.

Well now, I've enjoyed everyone today and have spent most of the day reading my BB, all 500 pages of it and quit when the DOC staff started telling how nice Ms. Anthony is.  I still have a couple of things I believe:

In my heart I believe that George and Cindy were looking for someone with a questionable past, Hispanic, decent looking (not my opinion though) and was going to get to her however he had to to plant evidence on her to make her look like ZFG.  I think River Cruz was to be a target for them and why Cindy didn't blow a lid over Geo being with her.  Wasn't it rumored she was going to or did make him lv due to infidelity, money issue, etc?

I really believe that the DT is very tired of the Defendant now.  Casey has told them all this crap like they were supposed to go into court and prove it without it being true just like she lied about ZFG and LE was just supposed to take her word for it.  She is in her own world and I know people who know they are lying but put it out there like it's the truth and act as such and you never really stand up to those types.  The defense knows they can't prove a thing and maybe now are embarrassed and trying to get her declared incompetent so they can quit with this unbeatable, embarrasing trial.  I think I see the DT trying any and everything they can to end NOW.  I'll be she wants to testify and they know they have nothing to save her with and don't want to be laughed at by their peers because the defendant got on the stand and they couldn't stop her.  I say let her up there!  I don't think Bozo ever called the shots...I think it was Casey.  She was gonna say her Daddy abused her and her Mom didn't stop it so she couldn't keep nice talking with them now could she?  She couldn't keep talking to Lee cause he's too rational and just might out her on the visit phone.  We kinda know that the Anthony's were clued in to what the DT was going to be saying because of the letter to Casey by Geo asking her why destroy them.  I bet she knew her Mom was stupid enough to get up there and lie too and trap herself making them look even more dysfunctional to the jury.  Good job Cindy.  I hope Gentiva's testimony helps get you impeached!  Casey could not shut up today, anyone notice?  Bozo looked fed up w/her.  Maybe the psych Dr. got her some new meds?  Don't think she would get them that quick though.  All meds have to go through the DOC doc first.  Anyhoo, just some of my thoughts.  I'm in love with the SA's office and our judge!!!

I'm thinking it was all a setup once reality set in with the first jail visit. I think Casey is nuts. I do think she's smarter than any of us think. I think she researched this. I think she takes a little bit of real stuff & adds some of her lies in to form her scenarios. I think her whole Defense is based on devil's advocate theories on forums. I cannot understand why Dorothy Simms & Cheney Mason got involved with this case. Simms believes in humanity & civil liberties but she never backs child killers with detailed forensic evidence positively against them. She'll get involved in cases that the experts screwed up in the evidence or the like, but that's mostly psychiatric as far as I can tell. Mason cracks me up bc he's making himself look bad but he's actually a decent attorney. He doesn't like the death penalty so I think that's why but it seems like he's not even trying. It's as if he's doing it on purpose bc he knows Casey killed Caylee. Idk but it sure does look like the blind leading the blind with Mason & Baez.

I don't blame you for admiring her. Heck, I'm a female (heterosexual) and I think she rocks! LOL

Me too.  She is an extremely intelligent pretty woman and that is sexay, and she does not murder babies.  Plus!!!!

I believe so too.  She's not getting her way and she's throwing tantrums.  G & C put up with it for years.  Now the DT is getting a taste of it.

I can't believe what a slime Jose is.  He totally set Jeff up in court today.   

What did he do? 

When he agreed on Saturday to profer the grief nurse and then today told the Judge that Jeff just didn't want to depos her.  Jeff can't trust Jose and he should've insisted that the court reporter put the discussion on the record.

I think she has told them she IS going to testify and they were so against it they wanted her to have a psych evaluation. You can tell she has wanted to say something many times and it is killing her being the psychopath she is not to tell her lies. She just "knows" she can convince this jury to set her free and now she is angry at all of them for telling her no. She is NOT accustomed to being told no and she knows ultimately it is her decision.

I think that is what the judge was talking about today when he said "it is Ms. Anthony's and her decision alone if she is going to testify."  I think that is why she was almost giddy today as she felt like she "WON" over bozo and crew. That is why all of their body language today was so unattached looking.

i think it is funny that cindy is the one defending casey the strongest and she hates her the most.

But that's just it.  Cindy sees herself as Casey's savior and therefore, Casey will be forever grateful to her mother...Narcissistic Personality Disorder.  Casey has correctly read Cindy's carefully hidden low self-esteem/insecurity, so she plays to Cindy's need to be the martyr.  Casey's not a genius by any means, but she has studied Cindy and knows what buttons to push to get what she wants.  She knows what bait to use to hook Cindy.  Cindy needs to go back to counseling, for her own sake.  She's not helping Casey at all; she's shoving her down the road to self-destruction.  I've seen this behavior before in family members.  The NPD (narcissistic parent) "excusing" their child to avoid embarrassment and deflect shame at their own parental shortcomings.  It's more important for the NPD parent to look like they have it all together than to deal with their child(ren).  It's a pride problem.  In the end, the parents were left broken; the son physically assaulted the father, openly despised the mother; stole property from his parents and sister; and used his wife and children as leverage to get the parents to co-sign a big loan (with their retirement fund as collateral).  He played the parents and won.  With 20/20 hindsight, they're seeing him for what he really is and what they should have done 30 years ago.  It's very tough to watch them go through this.  I hope Cindy & George get there, for Caylee's sake and their own.  Not trying to be mean here, Cindy needs some NPD counseling ASAP.  She's got some insecurity/self-esteem/pride issues she need to work through.  Until then, she'll be confrontational, easily-offended, always right, and a martyr...and all of her relationships will suffer.  Is it no wonder she has no close friends?  Is it no wonder the family is a closed unit?  Both are warning signs that the family is emotionally unhealthy.  JMO

I believe a copule of weeks ago the dumbfense added her and the state objected to them adding her so late, and said they would take her depo, was suposed to be on a staruday, but then something happened with Dr Rodriguez and they were not able to take her depo that day and never heard anything about it.
