"Well sir, to clarify your question, I never found my granddaughter, til this day I've never found her."

-George Anthony

---

What a stupid thing to say.

I guess Dr. G got it wrong! I guess the memorial was all a sham.

I took George's answer to mean that he literally never found her as Jose said he found her in the pool dead. I am probably wrong though.

All of the A's are selfish. GA and CA have both had rumors of affairs whilst their granddaughter was missing. And Lee said he could go back to work since Caylee was dead. Thinking only of themselves. That's all.
I'm sorry but I think you're missing it.  Lee once again was forced to play mediator between what he perceived as Casey hiding Caylee form Cindy (per his jail video question to Casey   "Is this like before?").  Lee literally put his life on hold to be private eye, trying to solve the clues Casey was spewing (delightedly), to find Caylee.  Due to the family's mistrust of LE, Lee was busily filling a notebook with clues to be solved, researching and note taking trying to piece this together, and be family media spokesperson/bodyguard.  He found out in October when he questioned Cindy about sending Dominic to Suburban that Cindy was looking for a dead Caylee.  It rocked his world.  He'd always been the go-to person for the family, the "Rock" for everybody, the sensible one...and no one told him Caylee was likely dead.  His common sense told him Casey was responsible when he replayed June-October 2008 in his mind.  He got used by his family in a big way, but he couldn't prove anything. His going back to work was more of a "Don't ask me to help you anymore because I'm not. I'm done with you.".  A distancing of himself, if you will.  JMO

Wow...didn't know there was such a thing.

Did the state ever do her depo and is this witness being allowed?  I don't remember a hearing, since they added this witness late.
Zoo, start watching at 6:35.  But be warned, your blood will boil.

Look, I hate ALL the Anthony's. They are all going to hell. Maybe George molested casey -- maybe he did not -- I DON'T think George had anything  to do with Caylee's death or the cover-up. Even if George DID molest casey  -- it doesn't remotely compute that casey gets a pass for killing her own daughter - nor does it "mitigate" the penalty. Same goes for Lee or her hatred of Cindy. Casey should get the needle -- PERIOD!

SOOOOOOOOOOOO  they DID know she was dead and kept collecting money just as we suspected. WOW...........look at Cindy's actions toward him She won't even look at Lee. He got the last laugh after all.
Catching up here.  JMO, but I think Lee suspected Casey was hiding Caylee with someone to punish Cindy.  Casey lead him on to play private eye, which he did, thinking he was mediating (as usual) between Casey and Cindy.  I strongly suspect when Cindy sent Dominic Casey to look for a dead Caylee, Lee realized Casey had been playing him for a fool and even Cindy knew Caylee was dead...and neither Casey nor Cindy let him in on it.  That was twice in his life, he was double-crossed by both Casey and Cindy.  At that point, I think he began to drop out of Anthonyville.  Something changed though between Caylee's so-called Memorial Service and Lee's depo though that caused him to step further away from the A's with Limited Use Immunity.  As dysfunctional as the A's are, Lee still feels loyal to them in a co-dependent sort of way.  Personally, I think Lee would majorly benefit from some personal counseling.   I think he can rise above the family baggage.  I also believe he owes it to Mallory and she should do the same.  JMO

I've always thought Lee thought kc was keeping Caylee from Cindy too.

I still don't know that Cindy *knew* Caylee was dead at that time. If it was me I'm pretty sure a psychic tip or a rumor even would nag at me enough that I would have to check in to it, for my own piece of mind, then breath a sigh of relief and move forward.

I saw a change in Lee after Tony Lazarro's hidden camera video for the police. I'm not sure how many depositions Lee gave but I do remember the one right after Lee became aware that conversation had been taped and given to the police. In the hidden video he was telling Tony that he thought something was up, he wasn't sure whether to believe kc or not. He was questioning kc's stories etc to Tony. Then in the deposition immedietely following Lee said "Yes I believe everything my sister tells me!"

I think all the situations like his "private" talk with Tony, that wasn't private, was slowly making him not trust anyone but his parents. Not knowing who to trust and thinking those 3 were on a find Caylee mission alone, because LE wasn't follwing their live Caylee leads, but later learning that his mom, one of the two people left he could trust, had sent someone out to search for Caylee's remains probably was the thing that pushed him over the edge. He was done!

Just getting on here.  So did the defense give us any idea when they may be done?
They said a half a dozen more witnesses. (If you can believe them)

That probably means anywhere from 7-10. Foghorn answered that question very quickly while Bozo and Medina were actually counting.

As for Cindy, I really hope Gentiva files a lawsuit to get back all their "disability" pay from her!!!!

Normally disability pay comes from an employee paid option offered by an insurance company provided by the employer.  The employer does not pay for the insurance, but offers it as an employee option at time of benefits.  The employee pays for the insurance.  Perhaps large companies may offer this on occasion, but would be unusal. IMO
I was on disability and the first 6 months came from my employer and they were a local hospital.  Then I had to file to get the long term disability and it came from the insurance company.  Then if you are approved for disability from the government then you have to repay the insurance company.  Hope this helps.  Now back to catching up

Wonder if that meltdown by kc was reason for psych evals.  This occurred on Friday before evals didn't it?  In video it looks like her anger is aimed at Linda.

Could be but I have a feeling it is something more, something brewing for days.

Klaas, are you thinking she wants to testify despite her attys advice, so they had her competency tested? That's how I'm leaning and at this point, if I had to guess, I'd guess she will take the stand.

That is not the name they gave today in court.

That is the name that Jeff and Jose discuss at the 6:35 mark.

I believe a copule of weeks ago the dumbfense added her and the state objected to them adding her so late, and said they would take her depo, was suposed to be on a staruday, but then something happened with Dr Rodriguez and they were not able to take her depo that day and never heard anything about it.
Did you watch the video link?  Can you believe Jose?

What a piece of chit. I watched it.
