I think she would attempt to hurt her self for a delay only.  A stalling tactic or something to prove she is crazy and get a new trial.

Maybe, but along those lines, if Kronk did not call the 1st, 2nd, 3rd time figuring why bother, nobody did anything about his 1st 2 calls, the slore may have gotten away with murder.

I really don't think it is a big deal him recording the defense so what. Put it out there let the jury know he said he made a mistake. But you are right, he should have just kept it to himself, some people just get caught in the moment.

Maybe he did. I was busy homeschooling during that time; so I don't know. But today, he came across to me as trying to be truthful...which is way different than the A's. So, I'll give him that.

just look at all the witnesses who have had to hire lawyers at their own expense because of Casey. and she gets her defense paid for ....the unjustice of it all...if you are a murderer you get free legal..if you are innocent and only trying to do the right thing, you are the one who ends up owing money to an attorney...something is just wrong with all of this...

I think it was more of wanting to protect himself because the defense was going after him.  Considering how they went after Kronk I don't blame him.
