Vinne Politan just did a great visual video of the map which marks where Caylee's remains were found & where DC & JH searched...the pictures make it look closer than it is & its  a rather brisk walk away from each other - no way would DC & JH have found her where they were

I wish the jury could see that..I thought that point may need to be made very clear to the jury..that they were on the same street..but no where near where Caylee was found.  I am not sure the prosecution made that as perfectly clear as they could have yesterday..but maybe there is a field trip scheduled for rebuttal or a video walk through.

I think there is merit to the jury going on a little field trip

Did Lee say what date he took the info to jose about Cindy sending some one to search suburban dr. ?

Could it be that it was Cindy who had Ginny Lucas contact Dominic Casey with details that she had learned/suspected in regards to the approximate location of Caylee's remains?

Was it Dominic Casey of Jim Hover who testified yesterday that Cindy had contact with this psychic in regards to "Teddy"?

I think Ginny Lucas should be called as a witness in regards to her "vision".

The more I think about it, I believe Cindy is the dirty little secret of the Anthony family.  She is the evil one, the one who lives in denial, not just now, but always.  She created the way Casey is. Yes, Casey is more evil than Cindy in that she took Caylee's life, but it was to destroy Cindy, the main evil doer, imo.  I do hope that some form of felony charges are brought up against Cindy, she's found guilty and we will never see a book by the evil biotch. I hope George and Lee leave her as soon as Casey is found guilty.  It will be the only chance they will ever have towards some sort of normalcy.  jmo

They totally knew what each was going to say and so did the defense. When I saw Lee and Cindy sitting sphinxlike next to each other after Lee's testimony, it reminded me of Casey. I wanted to slap both their lousy self-satisfied faces. They are trying to create reasonable doubt, feeling smug that they can't be indicted for perjury since it's just one person's word against another.

Well, wow. That fits in with what I've always suspected about Lee. Throw rocks, but I always thought that Lee was the least dysfunctional person in a very dysfunctional family. It would also explain why they left him out when KC became pregnant. He was too rational to be totally enthusiastic that his unmarried, living at home, sister was going to have a baby. She didn't even have a named Father for the child. When there's a group decision to pursue dysfunction, being the one in a family that isn't quite as sick, can be a lonely place.

When that family needed real rational thought, there's a pattern of them going to Lee. When Cindy couldn't find KC, she sent Lee to search the bars. When Cindy finally had KC in the car, George called Lee to meet them at the house. During the jailhouse videos, Lee's visit, which was totally about "I'm doing these things to look for Caylee" is rational, while Cindy's and George's visits were littered with "Sweetheart" and pandering.

Lee moved out shortly after Caylee was born. I believe he struggled with fully giving himself over to Caylee, at least for a while, and feels very guilty about that. I believe that at some point, either in life or after she went missing, he, remorsefully made a promise to Caylee that he would be the best Uncle in the world, and that's the promise he referred to during the memorial.

I know, I know, but that's what I believe. Let me also say, that having that spot in a family means that you will also, at times, be dysfunctional.

I think you are right. I was just telling my friend that I am convinced now that Lee was talking to Caylee at the memorial service.  CMA = Caylee Marie Anthony.

And during the memorial service where Lee said he learned alot from CMA and was still learinging ...I take that to mean about the family dynamics..what his parents were capable of to save Casey's butt..how hurtful they were to Lee in the past..and how hurtful they were being to Caylee's memory by lying for Casey and doing all the crazy things they did.  I think he realized how much crap Caylee took in her little life just because her parents took the same crap off Casey and didn't call her on her lies.
