Something has come up about that for him to say that. I bet it was the incompetency hearing which brought it up as she was insisting to testify as we suspected. I thought it was a stupid idea, but now she really has nothing to lose one way or the other bozo has already lost this case.

Thing is, if she testifies, and as the judge said, it is only her decision to make, then if she gets the death penalty can she really go back and file an appeal based on that decision?

.... and cause a mistrial.  No way.  It is not all about you.  My 45 year marriage in the balance.  It would not survive another trial.

My husband of 21 years is ready to unplug the computer and TV. 

My family has a very resigned attitude about this whole thing, however, if a mistrial were to occur , a divorce would occur as well...

Ok, now I'm thinking of something else...

Maybe, just maybe, they had Casey analyzed by those 3 psych experts over the weekend to Prove she is competent. By saying they think she's a threat or incompetent, they gain professional analysis that's backed up by 3 experts. If Casey takes the stand & says her bro & dad molested her, there's a document backing up that she's competent so it could be considered. It could explain why she's lied & slept around her whole life. I think the Defense pulled a fast one & played it off as if Casey was going nuts or something. If by chance Jesse's testimony is let in, it opens the door for George to be accused without Casey taking the stand. If Jesse can't be questioned, then Casey will have to take the stand. If Jesse's allowed to bring up the allegations against Lee, & if George is accused of molestation against Casey but he denies it, Krystal Holloway will be brought in. George will look like a liar if Krystal is questioned, even if the Prosecution tears her apart, bc remember the OCSO questioned her plus took evidence from her camera and cellphone. Now I could care less if they had some stupid affair but, when somebody's testimony is shot down, it inches the door open for reasonable doubt.
